I booked last minute because I couldn’t stand my damaged hair anymore. I got to the hair lounge and I was not only serviced as like I was a queen, but they made me feel pampered, relaxed, and in a very good ambience. The gentleman which I think is the owner, asked me what I would like and I told him to impress me with the service I have booked. I got my hair cut, a wash, a mask done and a blowout. I left feeling like a new person and literally EVERYBODY was impressed after I left, literally I have never been complimented so much like now, after this amazing transformation. We had the worst hair experience at this salon. We booked a wash and blow dry online and the total came to 68.60 USD and once finished the total was 130.00 USD to our surprise! Not one time did the stylist say anything about any extra charges which is unreal. As soon as, I returned back to my hotel which was only 2 minute walk away my hair looked like I had never even got it done. Even the people at the reception desk at my hotel questioned, "you went to get your hair done and it turned out like that I would demand a refund." I am at a lose of words and completely devastated as to what happened at this hair salon. Customer service is great BUT coming from a LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST myself they are NOT for every hair type. I gave an inspiration picture and they didn't delivered..no where near. I was very disappointed I ended up going to CVS buying a flat iron and some hair serum and did my hair myself. I made it very clear what I wanted and that I was attending a red carpet event but sadly I did not get what I wanted. Hair was horrible. I literally paid $105 just to wash my hair to be honest cause I did not get what I requested. They didn't even know how to use a flat iron properly.
