I booked my trip for Aug 3. I usually donât do reviews but considering the amount of money involved I feel obligated to share my experience. My biggest issue was that they did not give me the yacht đĽď¸ that I chose and paid for. It was similar but very old compared to whatâs on the website. This company has to realize that customers are choosing these boats based on whatâs most accommodating to our needs, so to get there and find that the amenities that we were so excited about are not available was hugely disappointing, especially when ur paying thousands of dollars for something. I also found it very insulting to my intelligence that they tried to tell me itâs the exact same boat just modified. Like me & my wife havenât been studying & marveling at the boat we booked for months prior to our trip. Iâd prefer them to tell me that the boat I chose was simply not available (for whatever reason) than to tell me itâs the exact same boat like Iâm some child that donât know the difference. I also didnât like the fact that they waited til the day before the trip to tell me that there was a $400 cash deposit required. No big deal for me bc I keep cash while on vacation but this should have been explained on the website and/or during the booking process. It just felt shady. They took $200 off the price and at the end of our trip they offered me a 20% discount on my next trip. That was somewhat satisfying but the damage was already done. We did ultimately have a good time. My family & friends loved every minute of it. I just wish that we got the exact same boat that we chose on the website...
   Read moreI wanted to respond to PETER BALASARIAâS comment, I was part of the crew on this trip, he arrived on the day of his reservation already with a bad attitude and arrogance, maybe he didn't have a good day, I work in different boats and the one Mr. Peter traveled on is one of the best equipped, cared for and this company always takes care of every detail, the documents he refers to are documents that must be signed by law regulations before leaving for the safety of the passengers on board, however, he was given extra time to be able to handle the situation with a difficult client, we the crew take care of the passengers and try as much as possible to make the experience unforgettable, Mr. Balasaria made the decision. of changing destination 3 times but when his reservation was about to end and he was apparently very drunk, he entered the cabin very violently to demand that we take him to another place, but he did not want to pay for an extension of time, for the crew services or for the extra time of the 2 yachts that he had rented, he began to hit the table and began to insult me ââwith obscene words and to degrade me as a woman, the captain approached and asked him to calm down, we were about to call the police due to this insult, but the friends who went with him who were very polite asked us not to call anyone, and we immediately returned to the marina, I think that there are no concessions in the face of violence and abuse NOTHING GOOD EVER COMES FROM VIOLENCE...
   Read moreI recently rented a boat from Luxury Experience Miami for a birthday celebration, and unfortunately, the experience didnât live up to expectations. Since I was coming from out of town, I hadnât seen the boat in person before booking. When I went to check it out the day before our event, I was shocked to find it wasnât in the condition advertised.
The photos were clearly outdated. The boat had rust spots throughout, one bathroom door couldnât open fully, the other bathroom had no working light, and the air vent was caked with thick grime. Several seat cushions were missing, and the ones that were there were dirty. There was also a section of green artificial grass that was coming loose and flapping in the air, and the windows were visibly unclean. We had guests flying in from various countries, as well as performers and vendors, so this was a major letdown. After a lot of back and forth, the staff assured us theyâd address these issues.
On the day of the event, they had made some improvements, which is the only reason Iâm giving them two stars. However, other issues remained: the music speakers on the first deck didnât work, and despite being assured that the AC worked, it was nonfunctional on the first deck, which made things uncomfortable in the Miami heat.
While we tried to make the best of it, for the premium price, I expected much more. The boatâs condition and service were not up to the luxury...
