St. Augustine Hotel By At Mine Hospitality — Hotel in Miami Beach

My husband and I stayed at this property 2/22-2/27/25. We had a nice stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, I loved that I could get ahold of them any time during our stay via text. The beds could be more comfortable. I could feel the coils and wished I had at least a mattress topper. The staff checked in 2-3 times during our stay to see if we needed anything. Entrance into the building is coded, your room door is coded, and you have access to a coded storage closet for bathroom needs(towels, soap, toilet paper). The website says it offers breakfast, we were not told there was, nor did we ask or go down early enough to verify. We were more interested in the local cuisine anyways. The showers are nice and large, though we were disappointed the steam shower device wasn’t operational after figuring out what the control panel was. It would be cool to see the hotel get a jacuzzi hot tub installed for relaxing after a long days walk; definitely not a deal breaker. The location was absolutely perfect. Parking option was great! Felt safe leaving my car in the paid parking garage. 24 hour access in and out. DO NOT LOSE YOUR KEY CARD. Close to all needs, many restaurants and bars near by, beach was 2-3 blocks away, walking the area is super flat and easy. Location is not over or close enough to any noisy bars. During the weekend(Friday-Saturday) you may still hear people reving their super car rentals or street bikes in the middle of the night. Otherwise our stay was pretty quiet. Will return...

Hi! I'd like to start by saying how I am extremely grateful the amazing service of hotel. I haven't expected to receive everything what I wanted. What particularly I deeply appreciate: Assistance. It's available 24/7. All my requests were immediately solved by professional staff. Safe. There is a safe at any room. Actually not many hotels provide this amenity in Miami Beach. Room. It's perfect! The room is big with large convenient bed. There are two enormous mirrors. Besides there are a lot of space around a sink hence all cosmetics could be put here. Clean. Everywhere is completely clean. Towels. You can take the countless towels. Location is great! You can get to the beach for two minutes. There are some shops with groceries and others. Beautiful South Pointe park is located close. Additionally I really appreciate the inconceivable hospitality of proprietor Carballido, Bianca, Maude and Emmie. Actually you are the best! I've been coming to Miami Beach for 20+ years and lived as a resident for over 10 years and let me tell you... this is THE BEST DEAL IN MIAMI BEACH @ Hotel St. Augustine!

-BEST PRICE for a 4-star hotel- trust me, I reviewed all of the hotels. -BEST LOCATION- 2 blocks from the beach! -BEST AREA- South of 5th- one of the most prestigious areas in Miami w/ the best restaurants and some of the wealthiest Miami Beach residents. -FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE- these guys answer phone calls, text, website messages and have a great front desk @ the hotel. -BEAUTIFUL rooms and decor that are also very functional
