I would give this place 0 stars but unfortunately one is the least I can give. Went there yesterday with a group of friends to eat dinner for a buddy's birthday party. The server was completely rude, drinks took about an hour to an hour and a 1/2 to arrive and that is the 1st set and maybe another hour at least for the 2nd round. Food was OK despite the horrible service but not worth the aggravation. To top it off that isn't even the worst part. When I valeted my car I had another set of keys inside my car for my other vehicle which had my house keys. I leave it inside my vehicle on top of my ash tray. When I got home from the restaurant lo and behold the keys are not in sight. Thank goodness I was able to get inside my house at 2 o'clock in the morning with my garage door opener. When I woke up the next morning I called the restaurant and sure enough the valet guy had the key. I spoke to the manager which his name was Andre's Which had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault that his Vallet person took my other keys because I left them inside my car. YES, THOSE WERE HIS WORDS VERBATIM! He then stated that if I wanted them I needed to go pick them up. After getting in a dispute with him, he hung up on me. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager which was also extremely rude which makes sense since everybody in the restaurant including the Vallet and the servers are rude. The owner of the restaurant had the nerve to tell me that he had my key and that I can go pick them up but at my keys weren't important enough and that he was extremely busy at the restaurant and I hung up the phone. I will never ever, ever, go to this restaurant nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone. Now I have no choice but to drive almost an hour from my location, to pick up the keys. Do NOT recommend. DO NOT PARK HERE UNLESS YOU WERE AS DESPERATE AS US. After flying all day on no sleep, we landed, got our rental car and headed to our hotel. We thought the hotel provided free valet, but that’s for another review lol. After driving in circles for about 30 mins for parking, we came across M&G. Their 2 signs said $20 parking, coming from Vegas we could tolerate that, but then it became $40 per day. This is the cost we we're charged for us to be able to come and go as we pleased. We got there about 7pm Thursday and left Sunday morning (9am). They did only charge us for 3 days, which we did appreciate, however, the customer service was BEYOND BARBARIC. Not sure if it there was a communication barrier or if they just take advantage of tourists, but either way it was completely unnecessary. They do NOT provide recipes and since it’s cash only, we had to scramble for money. We had $137 (total was $140) on us and offered to pay the $3 the next time we came through, dude said “Don’t worry about it.” It was all suspicious. There’s also a different exit that’s hidden that takes u to a 2nd floor, just in case you do park here you are aware since there is a lack of signs… we found out...

We pulled in here for two reasons, 1) because it was right next to our hotel and 2) because it said $10. When we pulled in, he said it was $10 per hour!!! Then when we said we were staying overnight, he looked like he was judging us and making up a special charge just based on how we looked. Either way, $30 for the night was not too bad, considering it was South Beach. Down here, they seem to double and triple park, so if you block another car, you are required to leave your keys with the staff. I didn't feel comfortable with that, so luckily we were able to park as the inside vehicle. The next morning, we got lucky as no car was behind ours and leaving was quite easy (as easy as any regular parking garage should be). The staff seemed a little harsh, but they did no wrong to us personally, so my rating is simply based on the lack of price communicated up front and the potential to have to leave your keys with a seemingly unguarded garage location.
