DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They will not give me a receipt and charged me $364 to pry my door open with a screw driver. I asked upfront how much the charge was and he said he couldn’t say until he saw it. The guy couldn’t open it and had to leave and come back saying he needed to get another tool. Instead he came back with another person who said he was going to have to scratch the door because it wasn’t possible to break it. I said he should stop and let me explore other options and I tried to get my property manager on the phone. He then pressured me and tried to convince me it wouldn’t be a big deal and the only options would cause damage. I wanted a second opinion. I was worried about him breaking the door frame and costing hundreds of dollars. He said if he broke the frame he would pay it. He never told me how much the charge would be but then proceeded to pry the door open with a screw driver, damaging the door (not just scratches, scratches can be painted over). He charged me $364 for prying my door open with a screw driver for 5 minutes and leaving me with a damaged door. The other option according to him was to break the lock open and replace it for hundreds of dollars. My response was that I didn’t want any damage. Customers deserve better communication and a respect without bullying or pressure. I could have easily just explored other options with other locksmiths with more information. Days later they have not given me any documentation or receipt. I cannot even find out what the real company name is.
