Vista Yachts - Yacht Charters & Boat Rental — Local services in Miami Beach

I rented one of their yachts for Memorial Day. The actual yacht experience was great! The crew was very kind, helpful, and blended in with the vibe -- so they received a generous tip.

However, booking the experience left a lot to be desired. The business number to call was usually answered by someone who had very little to no information about the details or pre-charter instructions. I was told multiple times that they would take a message and have someone get back to me with that information, but nobody ever did. I inquired about the additional $300 on the booking page that was not included on the website and was told it was for fuel and fees. When I alerted them that information was not available on the site or the booking form, I received nasty text message replies saying "Don't book the yacht then", "I already explained to you why it's $1,300 in the booking form", and "Best of luck finding your yacht with one of the other companies." This interaction was very unprofessional. The only saving grace was that I spoke to someone on the phone afterwards that actually had manners. Needless to say, I will not be booking...

While the Stewardess was nice this was the worst boating experience ever. We paid for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and we got one smaller bedroom and restroom. It even appeared as if someone is living on the boat. There was personal items in plain sight and alcohol (that was not ours) in the cooler. We did not get a tour because we were not able to access the master bedroom. The stewardess seemed to not be able to get the tv working. Again she is very nice but this was an unprofessional experience. I thought it was suspect that we they wouldn’t move at all unless we paid everything upfront and they didn’t accept major credit cards (Cashapp, Venmo, and Zelle). My experience with vista yachts was above and beyond my expectations. I rented the yacht for my boyfriends birthday and it was our groups first time on a yacht and it was amazing!!! Kevin and Naomi were THEE BEST crew and I would highly recommend booking them for your trip. They were super informative, accommodating, and FUN. They let us enjoy ourselves and have a good time. Naomi took amazing pictures and videos while we enjoyed the boat. Kevin was the coolest captain and was a pleasure to interact with. I am definitely going to be booking with vista yachts again AND hopefully with the same crew!! 10 out of 10...
