Avoid This Yacht Charter!!!Complete Disappointment

We recently booked what was advertised as a luxury, top-tier yacht for a 6-hour cruise, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare experience. Right when we boarded, the captain informed us the air conditioning wasn’t working. On a hot day, this made the entire trip extremely uncomfortable , especially when you’re paying $3,000 for what’s supposed to be a premium experience.

When I contacted the company, I was brushed off with a casual “these things happen,” and told it wasn’t a big deal. I was offered only a few hundred dollars in compensation ,not even from the owner, but the booking agent’s personal commission. Completely unprofessional.

We also booked jet skis through them, but when the jet ski company arrived, they took 30 minutes of our 1-hour rental just to fill out paperwork. This could’ve easily been handled in advance, especially since we were already running late due to the AC issue. No one informed us that we’d lose time over this.

The staff onboard was unhelpful and disengaged. The mate, who is supposed to enhance your experience, didn’t even offer us water once. There was absolutely no hospitality or service , it honestly felt like the crew was on a personal date, not a professional charter.

To top it off, the yacht itself was in poor condition not what was marketed to us at all. After reaching out to share our concerns post-trip, no one ever followed up. Zero accountability.

Please save your money and go with a reputable company that actually delivers what they promise. This was an extremely overpriced, underwhelming, and poorly...

I recently rented the Yachting With Christos yacht for my cousin's bachelor party, and I have to say, it was a blast! Maria, our host, was amazing and provided the best possible service. She made sure that everything was taken care of, from start to finish. Octavio, the captain, was also really cool and made the experience even more enjoyable.

The yacht itself was brand new and extremely clean, which was a pleasant surprise. The all-inclusive aspect of the rental was a major plus and made the experience even more enjoyable. We didn't have to worry about a thing, as everything was provided for us.

I would highly recommend Yachting With Christos to anyone looking to rent a yacht in Miami. The level of service, quality of the yacht, and all-inclusive aspect made the experience truly unforgettable. Thanks again to Maria and Octavio for making my cousin's bachelor party...

The yacht day was the MOST fun on our weekend in Miami! you can bring food and drinks & captain Andy took us to the prettiest spot to see sunset!!
