Read moreMost of the reviews are somewhat misleading. I’d like to start off by saying that the kabob I got was very tasty. It was chicken so it is pretty difficult to get it wrong. The salad was also very good. The attitude of the women taking my order was not the best. Not friendly or welcoming at all. It looked like she was upset when we walked in for food. My biggest issue was with the rice. I’ve been eating rice for 30 years and I can honestly say that this was quite possibly one of the worst rice I have ever gotten. They wouldn’t make a simple substitution from hummus to yogurt(it he yogurt is cheaper on the menu). I miss the days when the customer was always right. I asked the girl when the rice was made and she confidently said today and that they continuously make more rice throughout the day. Being someone who makes this rice at home, it was almost unbelievable to me that it was fresh. Broken rice pieces, hard and soft pieces alike, no consistency at all in the rice. If that rice was made today than I must have been born yesterday. I would have much rather had honesty and tell me it’s 2-3 days old like how it tasted. I would have given it a 1-star but the salad and meat def made up for the bad rice. Nothing makes up for the attitude that you feel your getting the second you walk in however. I can see this place being really good, it was sad to see that it was not. And after you order there is a 15-20% screen that pops up, but you literally receive 0 service at this place, beyond them taking your order and...
Read more06/16/2022 at 7:30 pm. The place was fairly empty with one patron ahead of me ordering his food. One woman at the counter and two guys on the back area. I patiently waited for this man ahead of me being served and charged. At a point in time a guy comes from the back and disappears with the container of yogurt but does not come back. Looks like the woman was surprised I been waiting all this time when she started prepping my bowl. Yogurt is precisely what I wanted as one of my 3 toppings. She tells me they will come back with the container refilled, instead she goes back with my bowl and gets the yogurt from the back area, now she comes back and I asked for falafel, she opens the container and looks frustrated that there is no a utensil to pick up the falafel. Instead, she introduces her hands inside the container and with her plastic gloves picks up a coupe balls of falafel. At this time, I asked if she thought that was right, she looks at me with her forehead showing discomfort and upset and defends herself stating she has gloves. I said she was touching everything else and my food with those gloves. Out of frustration I said, I am leaving, the level of service here is terrible. In conclusion if you come here, watch servers’ behaviors. Store manager: get your team in order, if necessary fire...
