Deceptive / Scammy They do this thing where they bring you your itemized bill that shows you the amount / what you bought (most people don’t look that this in detail, so they fail to realize tip is included). Once you hand over your credit card, they bring you back only your credit card receipt (they intentional don’t bring the itemized bill)… you’re probably asking why does that matter??? Let me tell you why, cause the credit card receipt requests another tip, so if you didn’t pay attention to the itemized bill you’d fail to realize the 18% tip was already included and then double tip (which could equate to a 40% tip)… they’re very sly with how they do this, but it happens every time, and when I call them out on it, they pretend like it was a honest mistake (rolling eyes). The only reason I go back is because is the vibe/view is on point and I have free access to the club, but trust me, I wouldn’t go if it wasn’t for free.
Pool area Vibe is on point. Service is honestly not good, getting the servers attention is impossible unless you go up to them and ask them to come over… not to mention getting the bill is an hour process in of it self.
Bar/Restaurant Food is avg, not good, not bad… a little on the salty side… drinks are alright. Service is horrible here as well… very difficult to get anyones attention… I don’t understand it, cause there is a ton of them, but they just socialize with each other.
General Comments: tighten up, you have a great foundation to work off of, rather then building on it, you seem to rely on it to make up for your bad service. your website should show the diversity that supports your club. Displaying only white model looking girls is pathetic advertising / marketing. waiters, servers and pool boys all need to step up their customer service.. no one should wait 30-60mins for a towel, drink, or bill, you have way too many staff there. stop with the scammy credit card tricks… it will come back to bite you, TRUST ME.
I’m not writing the club off, I’m just challenging you to be better… you have everything needed to be...

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views and sophisticated atmosphere of Baia Beach Club. The combination of modern design elements and natural surroundings creates a serene and inviting space that immediately sets the stage for a memorable dining experience.
The service at Baia Beach Club was impeccable. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my dining experience was taken care of. From recommending the perfect champagne to providing insight on the various seafood options, their expertise enhanced the overall enjoyment of the evening.
Speaking of the food, the champagne and seafood tower that we ordered was an absolute delight. The champagne was perfectly chilled, and the seafood tower was a feast for the senses. From succulent lobster to fresh oysters, each piece of seafood was of the highest quality, exuding flavors of the sea. The presentation was impeccable, with attention to detail that truly elevated the overall dining experience.

Read moreI was really surprised in a good way and pleased with my experience at Baia Beach Club last week.
The views here are espectacular, in my opinion one of the best settings in Miami. I never get tired of our golden sunsets with the downtown Miami backdrops, and this place has the best location for that.
Amazing views, coupled with delicious and fairly priced food and drinks, made the perfect combination.
I love spicy smoky margarita, they don’t have it as such in the menu but didn’t hesitate to customize it to my taste and, oh boy, that was a solid drink, 5 stars.
For food, we had the Mediterranean salad the rotisserie chicken, Spanish hummus and roasted veggies.
The Spanish hummus had great texture, with beautiful nutty and smoky flavors. The pita as served warm, which it is always nice.
As for the salad, they nailed the flavors, but in my opinion, I think $20 is a bit too much. Other than that, it was a fresh and good.
The rotisserie chicken was moist and perfectly marinated. It was delicious and more than enough to share as a main dish. Priced at $32, I think it’s a great deal. Lastly the roasted veggies were the perfect combo for the chicken, the sweetness of the peepers was spot on.
Service was efficient and friendly.
All in all, it was a wonderful dinner with stunning sunset views. I see myself returning here in the regular basis either for dinner or happy hour at the bar, right behind from where I...
