JOE & THE JUICE — Restaurant in Miami Beach

Awful service, undesirable experience. My first and last time here. Morning coffee with a friend. They fill up the coffee all the way to the top of the rim. The coffee spilled all over, so I walk to the counter mentioning to the employee that this is way much, he isn’t responding so I pour it about a 1/4 cup in bin. He goes off saying that I’m disrespectful, that I can’t do that if I do this in my house. I’m in shock while there is coffee on the floor because it’s still that full. I’m reminding him it’s their error to over pour, that luckily I’m not burned from their negligence and he continues to debate that now he has to change the plastic and we continue debating. He comes with a mop and a bad attitude as he starts shuffling items around as he cleans. Then a manager I presume comes to the table to correct me that I shouldn’t of done that and also saids that’s disrespectful tho agrees he will tell employee to not fill to rim and he continues to banter with me. This is the same person that when I went to go to bathroom I ask “excuse where is the bathroom” and he calls out some numbers to me as he walks away - I’m confused where do I go- 3 black doors with one sign that saids employee- I have to ask the number twice and ask which door cause there is no sign that saids bathroom and he saids first door and answers they painted all the doors black- Should’ve known right then and there to leave. I’m disappointed to have this experience first thing in the morning, no apology no correction- just employees debating with a customer. There are better places to enjoy your coffee where the customer service is good, bathrooms have signs and employees appreciate customers and want to serve with a smile and a helpful attitude. Love this particular location a lot more then the other Miami are ones and I love this location more than the NYC locations!! The staff here especially in the morning are super polite, customer service here is definitely priority and I really appreciated it! I had the pleasure of being served the first time by Diane ( maybe Diana? ) she was wonderful! We Please start out our order of two spicy tuna’s and they were fantastic Diane had someone bring out our order to us outside on the couches area!! The inside is a whole vibe! Great aesthetics!! From The great seating and pillows to the photo library book shelf wall on the side! The next couple of times I came to visit unfortunately I didn’t grab the young lady’s name but she did work a couple of mornings back to back while I was there September 3rd and a couple of more times and she was there at opening time!! I loved being the first customer!! I definitely recommend grabbing a quick bite here or a coffee or maybe a natural smoothie! The options really are endless! I even downloaded the app and got a free sandwich so that was even more amazing!! I definitely recommend...

I usually love to order my food from there but I already noticed last week that my avocado in the avocado sandwich was coming with the skin. Which is not a nice taste at all. Also I had paid for Cacao Nibs in my shake and they were not added. Never mind, mistakes happen. That’s what I told myself. But Yesterday I ordered on Uber Eats, 7’ later m order was in my hands except … it was stale. I almost threw up after my first bite. Then I opened the sandwich and I was really disgusted and disappointed to see that they would actually put a rotten avocado in somebody’s meal. That should not happen. And once again, there was some skin. Its a real lack of commitment to basic food quality standards. Almost made me wonder did they take a discarded sandwich out from the trash to complete that order ? It didn’t look good or taste good I couldn’t eat it. And then I had to go on my whole shift...
