I used this company with my boyfriend and the jet skis were fun, pretty pricey. They were nice to us but when we were returning there were girls on the boat dock who were also staying at our hotel and our guide Alfredo purposely locked them out of the hotel on the dock and I felt really bad. I didn’t understand why he did that, they kept telling him they were hotel guests and he basically left them helpless. Locked on a dock, not even off the water. I didnt appreciate This as a woman. I doubt ill go back, this wasn’t cool at all! Alfredo said he was not allowed to have them enter private property but it was clear they were guests at the hotel and was upset they were using other jet skis. I told my boyfriend to tell the hotel security to help them because Alfredo did not seem to care about those poor girls. Whoever is alfredos manager , he needs some...

AMAZING time on the jet ski tour with Kevin!! We made a reservation the day before to celebrate our anniversary and I am so happy we chose BouYah! This tour allowed us to go 45mph around star island to see a few mansions - one of which was the location for the film Scarface. We had an incredible, safe and exhilarating experience. The convenience of having this from the Mondrian Hotel was also a highlight because it was right off our doorstep. I am definitely coming back anytime I am in Miami. Go ahead and choose this tour over the others! 10/10...

Everything about the experience was top class. Unfortunately I did not get their names, but the two lady’s at the front desk were extremely helpful and welcoming when we arrived.
