If I could give this place a 0 star I would not because of the food but because of this following incident. I'm a first time mother and as everyone knows it's hard. Because you just don't pop out a baby and automatically know everything. When we walked in the waitress asked us if we wanted a highchair for our baby but my first thought was no because he cant sit yet so I had my baby in his car seat and I put it on a chair next to me where he was right by my side and at all time I had my arm holding it and paying attention to him. The meal went fine and everything and my husband walks away to the bathroom and I'm left with my LO waiting for the bill. Then this guy (I believe he was the manager since he was the only one in black attire) comes over to tell him that the way I have my LO is dangerous that if it was his baby he wouldn't have him like that. So I told him I didnt know that it's fine we are leaving anyway. So I make a mental note to be more careful next time. But he come back to tell me that if it was his child he wouldnt have him like that. And at this point I could feel everyones eyes on me. I was so humiliated. He further proceeded to bring out the high chair they had that we could have used it in a way to place our car seat and it would hold better. However we didnt know that and the waitress did not offer it. And again he said he wouldn't have his child like that. I left that place so embarrassed and my husband didnt know what was wrong with me. I walked to the car crying and finally broke down inside the car because as a mother I would NEVER want to put my child in danger. I would never do it intentionally. I will never step foot in that place. Ihop if making your customers feel bad and new mothers cry by all means you are doing a phenomenal job.

Read moreI ordered a to-go meal. I was advised it would be ready in 15 mins. I arrive there about 20 mins later and he hostess advised that it's not ready. I'm patient so I just sit and wait. After about another 15 mins I ask about the order. It was not only ready but sitting there without anyone attempting to let me know it was done. No biggie, at least I got my food. I could just warm it up at home. I then check it and noticed that the fruit and sauce I ordered to be in a separate container (you know because moisture and bread dont really go together for a long drive home) was on the pancakes and French toast and had been sitting there. One of the employees took one look and said that I should say something and have them fix it. That's what I did. About another 15 mins later they bring me my new pancakes..I check it and notice they are not cooked all the way...very light. I ran my hand across the top and batter was smudged on my fingers. The manager, an older Hispanic Male came to me with an attitude and said "what is wrong with it now". As if it was inconveniencing him that my orders were wrong. I explained that the pancakes were undercooked and showed him the wet batter. I asked for a napkin to woo the batter and was ignored. As I'm waiting for my pancakes to be cooked a third time I could hear other customers who had to go orders complaining about thier wait times. One of which was about an hour and a half.
