Great American Cookies — Local services in Miami Township

I had to give this one star in order to post a review if I had the option it would be a zero! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE I just had a conversation with the owner who says he owns ALL Great American Cookie Companies. After returning home, I realized that the cake was not what I ordered. I called and spoke to the person working. I was told to bring the cake back and they would scrape the icing off and redo the cake. (Which is not convenient to have to go back to the mall to get a cookie that is wrong because their staff made it wrong) When I asked the owner what they would do with the cake I had taken home he said they would resell the cake to someone else. I stated that with COVID I was under the impression that anything that left a restaurant was supposed to be thrown away. He proceeded to tell me that COVID is over per CDC Guidelines and that they will take the cake I have and sell it to someone else. I was so grossed out by this because I would never want to buy a cookie cake that had been transported from the mall to another persons home and back to the mall. I just wanted people to know because this is common practice for all of his companies so be careful when you buy food from here it could have already been purchased and...

Would’ve given one star but the associate was friendly which is rare these days. I got a cookie slice & Coke and the Coke was flat as can be and the cookie slice had been sitting there. I’m guessing at least overnight, but possibly a couple days because it was hard and falling apart and not at all fresh like you typically get here. Prices continue to rise everywhere and quality continues to decrease. Unfortunately, it seems to be this way...

I had ordered a birthday cookie cake , but it was not decorated like I had expected, so I asked if I could just get a plain cookie cake to decorate myself.
