I came here based on recommendations from other people and I must say, I truly don’t understand why anyone would recommend this place. The customer service was laughable, when I went to pick up my $9,300 chain, they had me waiting for a half hour in the store, didn’t even acknowledge me when I came inside and waited. After receiving the chain, within an hour a diamond fell out. I returned to the store and they tried to blame it on me, instead of stepping up and fixing the subpar work. After threatening to leave the business a bad review for screwing me over, they agreed to make it “right”.(I pointed out the poorly set diamonds and the incorrect joining of links to the clasp and asked how they would even allow something of such poor quality to be passed along to a customer) To which they made excuses that they had been so busy with the holiday season and USUALLY they wouldn’t let something so bad get to a customer. After having my chain for 2 weeks, they returned it with a different clasp, that still was produced with sub par work, such as: diamonds set unevenly, some diamonds set too deep while others are clearly better quality than the ones next to them. And on top of all that, the chain didn’t even come with a 14kt stamp, they sold me a completely unmarked piece of jewelry for almost $10,000. We went to go get battery replacements for a few watches. The guy told us 25 minutes after standing waiting 15 minutes for service. 40 minutes later he hadn’t even changed the batteries but continued to help other customers who came in after us. Then he told us to come back a half hour later… we took our watches back and said we’d take our business elsewhere since we weren’t gonna let this guy waste more of our time.
