Regrettably, the Spaghetti Pomodoro failed to leave a lasting impression, exhibiting a desiccated texture and a thin, watery sauce. Despite a 30-minute wait, for my meal. At a price point exceeding $15, one anticipates both generous portions and robust flavors. Opting for an additional side salad at an extra cost of $6.99, I was surprised by its lack of customary accompanying sides. Despite a bustling service environment, my waitress conveyed a discernible lack of enthusiasm for my patronage and seemed more interested in other guest. Not to mention that I was only checked on a couple times I was never offered a refill for my water that smelled like chemicals. I wasn’t even offered the grated Parmesan cheese for my pasta dish. The ambiance was marred by an unusual and disquieting atmosphere, exacerbated by a multitude of activities. The salad, unfortunately, presented a wilted state, indicative of prolonged suboptimal quality, akin to seven days of deterioration the bread was disappointingly insipid, and the dipping sauce was identified as an unhealthily oil-based condiment. This comprehensive review highlights areas where improvement is essential for elevating the overall dining experience. This was my first time experiencing at this restaurant due to the fact that a local restaurant I was going to was full and had long wait times. and did not meet my standards for the amount spent when there are more options near by that serve Italian cuisine. This critique underscores crucial areas for improvement in enhancing the overall dining experience, prompting reconsideration of future visits compared to nearby Italian options.

Our visit last night was 100% better than the experience we had back in October! The entire atmosphere of the place seems to have had a fresh infusion of higher quality and customer care. I heard that the restaurant was under new ownership, and they certainly seem invested in bringing the place back to the prominence it enjoyed several years ago. Our server, Milo, was an excellent example of personal service and attention to detail. The food tasted like it was freshly made and the seasonings were just right. And a huge "Thank you" to the new owners of the restaurant for bringing back the classic Italian-themed ambient music!! We enjoyed the crispy shrimp Napoli so much, we ordered a second round! My son ordered the chicken parmesan, and he noted that the dish was served as it was in the old days of the original Bravo; herb butter linguine, instead of the overcooked angel hair pasta and marinara. Three of us ordered shrimp fra diavilo, and it was considered to be properly spicy, without added saltiness or heavy oiliness. -If I could offer just one request; please consider bringing back the Ravioli al Forno? My family loved that appetizer, and hope it might find its way back to the menu! After an abysmal visit last October with my family, I almost wrote this place off as a failing overpriced grand dame of sit-down dining. I am happy to retract that notion, and happily look forward to returning again soon!

Hello everyone, me and my family had a bad experience at this BRAVO location in Centerville Ohio. We got there at 3:15 pm, our waiter Molly provided us great customer service, she took our drinks and food order we were hungry and ready. But after waiting until 3:58 pm we were not happy at all. Long wait for our food cold lasagna, chicken tenders burned hard as a rock đŸȘš and let's not talk about the French fries 😑 not sure what went on in the back but there were only 2 other tables inside occupied at that time. We complained to Molly she made sure to tell the kitchen and got us fresh food and a discount but still we are not going back to Bravo. Bad👎

I don't normally write negative reviews but this one deserves a detailed review. I will detail all of the issues we had as some of them were date dependent and some where just bad service that should never happen. My wife made reservations for 25 people for New year's Eve dinner, adults and kids mixed. Every time she called she was put on hold for no less than 10-15 minutes each time, even when returning someone call. This happened at least 5 times proceeding up till the evening. Here is a list of issues we had New year's Eve after we were seated: Nobody came to give us water for 20-30 minutes, some people did not even get water. It took 35 minutes to get bread and dip, and we only got one small plate of flavored oil for 15 people. We ordered our meals after about 45 minutes. Salads came very quickly but the waitress literally threw them onto the table. My 85 year old Father even asked if she just threw the plate to him. She was ruched, yes, but it was evident how rushed she was. Our meals came to us after only about 3-5 minutes after salads and most of us were still eating our salads. For those who received salads last, they had barely even started eating them. Meals arrived with several new people helping to distribute but it was very clear that nobody had any idea where they went as the primary waitress was not there to help. there were even several trays of other dishes, not intended for our tables, on nearby trays sitting getting cold for up to about 5 minutes. Many of the meals arrived several minutes later (I can understand this due to our size) but 5 meals never came out until we FLAGGED down the waitress to ask. Then she went into another room and somehow found our now cold (10 minute late) meals, they were luke-warm by this time! Never any apology! Nobody ever came back once we were served to check on how things were. I had to flag down the waitress again, after most people had finished, to get our checks and then flag someone else down when we wanted to give our credit cards. Nobody ever asked if we were happy with our meals and we were never offered dessert, which by that point we would not have taken anyway. Even though the Manager, whom my wife spoke with several times, said he'd stop by, he never did.

To top it all off, we ALL sat on very uncomfortable wooden folding chairs. There were maybe 35 or so other people in the same room as us in other parties, only one of them had a wooden chair. this was extremely uncomfortable and made sitting for my 80-85 year old parents very difficult.

Regarding the waitress, the Manager knew we had 25 people, not an extremely large party for a large restaurant. He assigned one waitress to us but I saw her at at least 3 other tables in our room and I saw her frequently going into another room. This is poor management and it was obvious she could not handle it. Never once did the Manager come by to see if everything was OK.

I'll leave the taste of the meals out of this as it was apparent that the kitchen staff could not handle the rush and most of us did not finish our meals, not sue to size of the portions either. This was equally disappointing.

Believe me, I am not a tough critic but this experience fell well short of normal expectations on every level. I would bet that even Olive Garden would have been better for us!

Would NOT recommend this business to anyone else.

April 2025 visit/update: My younger son basically wanted to replicate his big brothers birthday celebration and since we had such a good time at dinner here during his birthday he wanted to eat here for his big day as well. Sadly the experience wasn't remotely the same which is weird because we're talking December to April so idk maybe just an off night it happens. But when you go to eat at a nicer place like Bravos you kinda expect at minimum good food. 😔 The calamari appetizer served was not at all the same as the prior outing it didn't have a good plate presentation or taste. My older son was the only one even willing to pick at it here and there. The main course didn't get much better. And the vibe with our waiter was SO weird I kept dismissing it telling myself its just me but once in the car I realized that wasn't the case and everyone mentioned it. He'd linger at our table but not talking just standing there staring.. I unfortunately got around to writing this review later than planned, so I can't remember all the details but remember very well how uncomfortable the whole dining experience was, more than anything we all just wanted it to end so we could leave....not how it was supposed to be! đŸ˜Ș We all had a mutual agreement that Bravos won't be in our future plans anytime soon, too much money to leave uncomfortable and disappointed. But will say its the first bad experience we've had so if you go it may very well be just fine... idk, we just rather spend the time and money elsewhere after the dinner and service received this night.

Went out for dinner for my son's 13th birthday, and it was great! Surprisingly the place wasn't busy at all however we also went later, it was around 8 pm. Food was served quick and fresh, and everyone was happy with their order. The service was great. They didn't sing happy birthday, but my boy wasn't at all disappointed about that lol, they still gave him some dessert, but he was so full. I think he only had one bite of it. We were able to relax and enjoy one anothers company without feeling rushed, it was a fantastic night.

I use to go here all the time before covid. My family all got vaccinated so we finally wanted to have dinner for the first time together on my brothers birthday.

We called in advance to set the expectation of a party of 16 will be attending and when we arrived all seemed well but the quality of service died very quickly.

To set the stage - the restaurant had roughly 8 tables with couples eating and staff standing around waiting for more customers.

So we ordered immediately since we knew everything about Bravos. I ended up requesting for the kids dinners to be ready when the appetizers arrived. I tried ordering milk or juice but they were out. Also ended up ordering two bottles of wine for the tables. After waiting for 30min the bottles of wine arrived with a couple plates of bread.

The majority of the table was out of water at this point but that was neglected and never offered to be refilled. We had to ask every time and the waitress would refill that one person’s glass and leave.

Hour in - no food has arrived and mixed drinks that were ordered were sitting at the bar with no waitress in sight.

Hour and a half in - waitress finally arrives and with FOOD! So we’re obviously excited and trying to stay positive BUT then.. Some of the table were served food and others kept waiting. One person had the incorrect order. Another person asked why their wasn’t lobster on his meal and was informed when his plate arrived their is a shortage so it is what it is at this point..

Two hours in - table finally gets all their food and at this point some of the table is done eating while others are just starting.

We are never ones to ask for a manager but at this point it seemed appropriate. Staff standing around, restaurant maybe at 20% capacity, waitress not being assisted with any colleague, no hostess in sight, three couples waiting at the door for nearly 20min to be seated. The list goes on but hopefully this paints enough...
