Yesterday I went into Kirklands (Dayton Mall) to purchase a dinner wear set that was was sold individually not a boxed set (Cream Simple Things). When I got there they were sold out of the sald plates and a serving bowl. So a worker suggested I order them straight from the distributer but had to pay today. I said okay and we went to her register. She started ordering the item, but then stopped and said I will have order each set separately bc of the different sque numbers. That would be 6 separate transactions, I said I hope my cc card dosent reject it after so many transactions! So of course after the 4th transaction it declined!! I called my CC company & they said it's not on their end it must be the stores security. The worker called her assistant Manager up & he said " I dont think we would have a security issue for multiple purcheses." She finally called her real boss and he/she said call customer support. She called and Kirklands was the issue the whole time! They dont allow you to make multiple purches through distribution at the same purchasing prices. What!?!?! So in all I stood in the store for over an hour and half trying to get this figured out with two young kids, luckily I had my husband too who had to take my kids out to the car so we didn't have any melt downs.
Why Kirklands do you not have an easier purchasing process???? I had to do 9 separate transactions and it took over a half an hour to purchase these items!.....that's absolutely...

I was looking for wall art and Anna was very helpful in pointing out where the art was in the store, checking prices, etc. I bought a piece but then saw a clearance area where art pieces were being sold for $1 a piece.
