   Read moreThis tour made me feel like a squashed sardine with no room to move, take in the sites, or take decent pictures, because the boat was so crowded...as they crammed as many people on as they could.
But unfortunately this wasn't the worst part... the tour guides are all a bunch of SCAMMERS! Some of whom are shown in the pictures I have provided in this review, but all the staff are in on the scam. These people prey particularly on young couples and tourists, by entering them into a fake raffle, and they select you "randomly" out of a hat to win a prize which doesn't exist. They tell you that you have won either free flights, or free 5 night stays at luxury hotels in different holiday destinations in the US and the Caribbean. They tell that you can select whichever one of these fake prizes that you prefer. Then they try to convince you to pay a $40 deposit to secure the prize and they tell you that once this is paid, you have secured your prize and that no further costs will be incurred. But it's all a CON, and if you read the other negative reviews on this tour, you'll find that a lot of other people have unfortunately trusted these criminals and fallen into their trap.
Luckily for us we realised soon enough and I threatened to call the police if they didn't refund the money that they had stolen from us immediatly. I have reported them to the police, and I hope they all rot in jail. If you disgusting people are reading this, you know what you did, and one day soon, it will all catch up with you!
Protect yourself, go with a different tour company, there are plenty of other companies that are run by honest people offering the same tour, for the same money, and these people will not try to scam you. Bayride tours is filled with fraudsters and greedy criminals, running this very clever raffle scam on their boats. They try to absolve themselves of responsibility by saying that they have nothing to do with the raffle, however they let the raffles take place on their boats, and they know that they are scams, and yet they still allow these raffles to continue on their boat trips, because they are obviously getting a nice cut from the con artist who runs the scam. He does this day in, and day out to dozens of poor people.
If you do still decide to go with this tour for whatever reason, beware of these dispicable people and don't give them any money. They are all frauds trying to make a quick buck, and what they are doing is fraudulent, upsetting, and illegal. But their days are...
   Read moreMy family and I traveled from North Carolina to Miami, and one of the experiences we were most looking forward to was a boat tour of the celebrity mansions. My kids were genuinely excited, and we booked our tickets online in advance to make sure everything would go smoothly. When we arrived at the ticket booth, we spoke with someone to confirm where we should go to board. Based on the instructions we received and the information on our tickets, which said to arrive 45 minutes before departure we went to the boat we believed was the correct one.My husband approached a staff member to politely ask what our next step should be. At that moment, a woman named Jamie, who was identified as the tour guide, began speaking to him in a very rude and disrespectful tone. She told him,"Get off my boat," without giving him any clear explanation or assistance. Then another staff member, a tall man, told us to go get a refund and said not to go with them at all. We were shocked by how unprofessionally and aggressively we were treated, especially in front of our children. To make matters worse, I witnessed another guest, being treated poorly as well. This shows it wasn't just us who experienced this behavior. My kids felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and even asked, âWhy are people treating us like this?â something no parent wants to hear on a family vacation. This experience ruined what should have been a fun and memorable day for our family. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and outright rudeness from the staff were unacceptable.
