Fat Tuesday Bayside 1 — Restaurant in Miami

The young lady [EDIT: receipt says server is Alexis A] working today (July 28, 2022) at around 3pm had a horrible, nice-nasty attitude. I walked up to the counter, explained that it was my first time there and asked a question about the drinks. She didn't acknowledge my question just asked if I had my ID. Very odd to treat a first-time customer that way. I wanted to walk away but I never had the drinks and heard they were good.

We get past that, my group orders our drinks and then she's moving so fast that she puts one of the drinks in the wrong cup - she put it in a reg cup when we ordered a sports cup and already paid for it. Mind you my group of 3 were the only people in the line so it's not like she was flustered because of a long line of customers.

She then proceeds to pour the wrong drink into the sports cup AND then blames me and says that I told her that drink goes in the sports cup!! I said no such thing. The entire interaction was horrible. But our drinks were good. I wouldn't go back though especially if that young lady is behind the counter. She needs to be let go or if not PLEASE keep her in the back, she clearly doesn't like people and she's hurting...

Only the Bayside locations requires you to show your ID and they actually SCAN it. I totally understand showing your ID for age verification. But to scan it into their system is not necessary. Especially for a sugary drink with low alcohol content. The reason they are doing this is to sell your information!! No location in ALL of Bayside requires your license to be scanned into a system. Again this is an attempt for them to make extra money by selling your information. But this subjects you to fraud. Each time we have done this we have ended up getting credit card information stolen. As well as extra solicitations. Of course the taste is the same you already know. It’s a premixed formula. Just please stop taking advantage of your customers who support you. Shame on you...

Very overly price everything has alcohol it's not fair for an a person that does not drink alcohol they should not be making drinks with only alcohol and said they support those little Frozen cups alcohol after they poured it's not fair for people who do not drink alcohol and just want a little icy the prices are ridiculous High people get drunk it should be the other way around once again it's not fair for kids that have to deal with drunken parents because of Fat Tuesdays or places like Fat Tuesdays if you agree with this just like my comment please I hope one day you don't get drunk start driving and crash cuz a lot of people play Fat Tuesdays are there poisonous drinks I hope they go...
