Miami Jet Ski Rental — Local services in Miami

So we arrived at 9:30 as we were told and everything started off great as we expected.

You start off with filling out your waiver, watching a ten min training video Lastly signing some more paper work

By 10:10 you are on the jet ski and explained some hand signals before you start.

Everything is by the book you have to follo their instructions and I liked that because it made me Feel secure! I’m fearful of going fast and I have never been on a jet ski so I liked this part about the tour

This tour was supposed to be a group tour but ended up being private because of no one showing up

As we were going my bf wasn’t so familiar with the jet ski but the instructors made sure to make him feel relaxed and to just ride the thing (😂)

Yes at times they tell you speed up but they know what type of driver you are and they also know what you can handle! Also keep in mind this is an HOUR tour so you can’t go slow or the tour goes longer it’s just part of it. So if you can’t handle it then don’t book!

We got to see a couple of dolphins 🐬 it was awesome!!! (Not included)

The sand bar was so pretty and the nice instructor took pictures of us! That was sooo generous of him❤️💕

Husband and I visited Miami for the first time & booked this online in advance. Website was showing a deal but in checkout it wasn’t registering; I simply reached out via email and got it sorted out. We arrived early as instructed and got the boating license/instructions from Courtney who was great. Then Alex took us on our island tour and that was the experience of a lifetime! Neither of us had ever been on a jet ski before! The water was warm in October & the wind on your face and freedom feels amazing!! Definitely listen to the instructions provided to you and trust your guide. We fell off the jet ski at one point lol, but it was user error, I cut to hard as we hit a wave. Again, pay attention to the instructions and you’ll be fine. But even if you fall you have a life vest on and we popped right back up & Alex was aware & there to help us. Alex was very informative, professional, & nice. There’s opportunities for photos/video when you stop in shallow water & at the island. I believe it was a great experience & quality for the price ($199) & we both rode together & got the opportunity to be the driver. I highly recommend this experience and look forward to doing again next...

We booked our reservation a month before the rental date and received a formal confirmation email with instructions on where to go the day of. We paid for a ride share there and came to find out that no one was there…we saw the signs for the location and waited there with some other folks who had the same reservation confirmation email but after numerous calls and knocks on the office door, we all eventually decided to leave as there was no one there to actually give us the rentals. We did not have to put in our credit cards or anything for the reservations as the instructions said to bring cash the day of, which we did, but it is a shame we had to pay for the ride share there for nothing. We did not receive any kind of notification about the the closure that day and despite the fact the sign at the door said to text the number and they will text us back, we did not get any answers. No one would pick up the phone line either. A bit frustrated that we had to waste hours of our vacation...
