Bacon Bitch — Restaurant in Miami

DOPE EXPERIENCE! LOL, I went to this restaurant with no background knowledge about it whatsoever (apparently, it's popular on IG). It was just in the marketplace near my hotel. Couple things:

You will indeed be called a b**. It's all in good fun. It's part of the theme. Don't be a buzzkill.

The restie isn't full of bacon-themed dishes like I thought it would be. It's pretty much regular brunch food and drinks. The food IS tasty. Drinks were good and strong depending on what you order. I didn't take a pic bc I was starving.

It's LOUD AF in there. Think turnt brunch on a Saturday, everyday. Think club night and you're standing next to the speaker. Yeah. That loud. I didn't hate it exactly, but, well I wouldn't go there all the time for that. I had to shout to be heard at my table.

They bring out free shots for you if it's your birthday (it was mine) and play a birthday trap song (2 Chainz, 50 Cent, etc.)

The waitresses are super kind and very attentive.

I was really looking forward to treating my partner to a special birthday brunch while visiting Miami, and I chose this place based on the buzz and aesthetic. Sadly, it turned out to be a major disappointment.

From the moment we arrived, the service was disorganized and inattentive—we waited far too long just to be greeted. The ambiance was chaotic, with a man on a ladder doing maintenance work during brunch hours and a fan blasting directly at our table, whipping my hair around the entire time. It was hard to enjoy myself, and I genuinely felt miserable.

The worst part, though, was the food. It arrived late, cold, and not even what I ordered. When I brought it to their attention, it was never corrected. No apology, no effort to make it right.

Despite all of this, I still ended up tipping and spending a small fortune—something I regret more than the meal itself. I had hoped for a memorable birthday experience for my partner, and instead, we left feeling frustrated and let down. Definitely not the experience we were promised...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Back on B!tch in Bayside, and I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had, thanks to Debbie! From the moment I walked in, her warm hospitality made me feel right at home.

What truly stood out was her incredible attention to detail. Debbie took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was tailored to perfection. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to providing exceptional service, and it really made a difference in my experience.

The atmosphere at Bacon on B!tch is welcoming and vibrant, but it was Madelyn's amazing cocktail crafting ability and Debbie’s personal touch that truly elevated my time there. I left feeling rejuvenated and appreciated, tipsy, and definitely less than a B!tch.
