Bayside Marketplace Parking — Local services in Miami

I had a terrible experience with one of the attendants at this parking lot. I misplaced my ticket temporarily and was fined $30 to exit. While I understand policies need to be followed, I found my ticket immediately after leaving the lot and returned to request a refund. The attendant rudely refused to even consider it. What's worse, when I expressed my frustration (completely justified in this situation), he was giving me his middle finger? I was extremely terrified. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is absolutely unacceptable. This person clearly lacks basic customer service skills and common decency. Someone with this kind of attitude should not be working in a role dealing with the public. I will never park here again, and I strongly recommend management take action against this employee. We came here on a Monday afternoon so it probably wasn’t as busy as it gets on weekends/weeknights. The area itself is extremely busy with traffic coming from all over.

If you search up Bayside Marketplace Parking, I believe you can reserve your parking for cheaper than if you were to grab a ticket at the gate. I booked for up to 4 hours at $22, whereas when we got to the gate it told us that up to 4 hours was $30. With advanced booking, we just had a QR code we used to get in and out extremely smoothly. Easy to find parking close to the main shopping area however the elevators were out of service with no signage so we had to walk the stroller up and down the stairs. The worst parking experience of my life, at the entrance it says that you have 15 minutes for free, what they don’t tell you it’s that you don’t even get to park in those 15 minutes, you get stuck with a bunch of cars, trying to find a parking spot, so wen you finally park, it’s been 20 minutes and you pay 10$, then to get out, you see that there’s only 2 exits, and 1 of them it’s closed, so u take another 20 minutes to get out of a parking lot, not one person near to help out, insane that they close 1 of the gates, so that everyone trying to get out, has to pas the entrance, and cause even more of a jam.
