I have been a fan of blue mercury for years. I am not sure if the pandemic has affected staffing, but today's experience was the worst I've experienced, especially for a high-end skin care store located in the "new and improved" Cocowalk. I came in specifically for a face lotion and asked for a tester. The sales person looked through all the products and told me there was no tester available and that the only person approved to open a tester was the manager, and she was not available. I decided to buy the lotion anyhow. The mistake I made was not opening it myself to physically look at the product. When I got home, low and behold, the sales clerk had sold me an open product... I imagine the unlabeled tester! I now have a product that everyone's disgusting fingers have been in. Disgusted and disappointed to say the least.
