The clothes are beautiful, and stylish. Love the product but the website is terrible. Tried to order on-line, put in info to place order 3 times and it wouldn't go through. I then called and placed my order with a person at your company. She did not send me a confirmation but I later did get one from the original order, so now two identical orders are coming. I called to cancel the first one and was told I could not. I would have to wait for both to arrive and send one back. The first order did not use the discount code even though I put it in. The girl on the phone did, so the difference was $46.12. I called my credit card company to dispute the higher amount. When the pkg comes, I have to take it to the post office as refused. I will not pay for return postage. Also tried to change my password as it would say invalid every time and even when I tried to change it. I told the girl who said tech would call me but they never did. Between on-line shopping and being on the phone I wasted at least 1 1/2 hours. Change your website or I will...

Tried calling, which redirects you to use their contact form or email. Have sent multiple contacts through that since July 3. HEY COOLIBAR, HOW ABOUT YOU RESPOND to request #119938. If I don’t hear anything back today, I’m disputing the charge and you can fight with my credit card company.
Check out the BBB complaints that already exist for this company folks. If you are buying something you think you will be returning, buy through their Amazon storefront. Do NOT buy direct from them anything that you intend or even just MAY need to return. So if you’re not sure on sizing, figure it out via Amazon. You’ll pay full price but at least won’t have to deal with Coolibar’s NONEXISTENT...

When I asked why they didn’t post that on their website Cristina ignored my emails-hard to be caught in a lie Coolibar. During this I asked how they were going to make it right-Cristina sent me a 20% coupon-Coolibar was having a 25% sale on their website at the time.
