This is the first time I ever write a bad review about anything but I am so pissed that here it is. I just went to this spa to get my laser this Mrs. Tatiana. I explained her that the manager told me that I would get three sections for free, Tatiana told me that she knew about it however she needed to speak with the manager once again. I was ready in the laser room still waiting and Tatiana came back explaining that I need to pay three sections extra. I explained to her that the manager told me to get three sections for free without me asking for it, that she would leave a note for Tatiana since she was going to Cuba for vacation. Obviously I asked Tatiana that I needed to talked to the manager since thats not what she told me. Long story short I literally wasted my time there. The manager changed everything she promised me before, and now the deal is to "pay three sections and get three for free." if you choose an additional package of 6 sections" which does not makes sense I already did payed 6 sections, the additional 3 was because I told the manager a month ago that I still shave since she asked me how the laser was going. Also, for some reason after Tatiana talked to her she changed her mind. It is curious how Tatiana got mad at me and I believe she did not want me to get those sections for free. When I spoke to the manager I literally just listen to her and said "Okay" thats not what you said and I walked away. I didn't want to waste my time any longer. I still have another laser section left but is for another body area (nothing to do with today's issue), if is not that I payed for it already, I honestly wouldn't go. I literally went there, wasted my entire time for nothing cuz I did not get anything done today. I also had an appointment for my eyebrows and I canceled it there, just wanted to leave. This whole situation was very unprofessional, I deal with people and patients a lot and I have never seen something like this, promised something to a client this case, then when arrived changed everything and waste their time. This was an uncomfortable situation for me. And for the record, I been going to this spa for years and this never happened...
Read moreUNPROFESSIONAL PLACE! This is one of the most unprofessional places I have been to. I paid for sessionS of the Hyaluron pen for the lips. I made it very clear that I wanted volume and they recommended to me this service for volume and I went with their advice. It turned out that after the first day , my lips looked exactly the same as before I had the service. After my initial complaint they recommended another session which I paid $80 in addition to the $380 original cost. Then, the second session did not revealed any results either and they said I needed to have a third session to see results. At that point, I said I was not going to pay anything else. However, the main issue was how I was treated by the male owner. He was rude, unapologetic and unwilling to help me find a solution after I have paid close to $500 for a service they recommended to me with no results. They put pictures with Cuban celebrities to attract customers but they treat anyone that is not well known pretty bad. After this horrible experience I went to another place and it was day and night. DO NOT DO THE PEN FOR THE LIPS. It does not work and find a place that will give you the professional customer service that you deserve...

El 31 de Agosto hice una cita para un Microblanding en Din Style con Diana, cita que me dieron para el 16 de Octubre o sea casi 2 meses después, pero ok yo me lo quería hacer con ella. Lo 1ro es que en su sitio de Internet el Microblanding tiene un costo de $350 pero en ninguna parte dice que si te lo quieres hacer con Diana el costo es de $450 (OJO) La persona que me atendió vía WhatsApp me pidió un depósito de 50 dólares para reservar mi cita, pero antes de enviárselo le pregunté q cuales eran las condiciones de ese depósito en caso de que por alguna razón yo tuviera que cancelar pues tengo una bebe de meses y los imprevistos surgen y esta persona me contesta que no había ningún problema con mi depósito incluso si llamaba un día antes para cancelar y no hubo más aclaración. Acto seguido les envío el depósito de $50 y no recibo ninguna factura o contrato o nada d nada d ellos que refleje condiciones de pago o algo por el estilo, solo la confirmación de ellos por WhatsApp de que recibieron el dinero.(OJO) Septiembre 21 o sea 25 días antes d mi cita decido cancelar mi cita por razones económicas y les escribo comunicandoles mis razones y la persona que me atiende me dice que lamentablemente ellos dejan mi dinero en "Hold" y yo pregunto que como que en "Hold"??(sé perfectamente q significa) (solo q estaba asombrada con la respuesta) y me dijo que Si..que se quedaban con el depósito para cuando yo decidiera ir o para otro servicio futuro, le dije que eso nunca me lo comunicaron y que yo quería mi dinero de vuelta y su respuesta fue: Está escrito en el recibo que le enviamos (y cito nuevamente NUNCA ME ENVIARON NINGUNA FACTURA NI NADA) y pues cuando le dije esto hubo un silencio total pues por supuesto se percató de que nunca me envió una factura.!!! ( OJO ESTO ES UN DELITO) Luego me comunico directamente con Diana vía Instagram y le digo lo que está pasando y su respuesta "profesional" fue "Nosotros lo guardamos porque otros negocios lo hacen no solo yo" y aquí aclaro Diana.."SI OTROS NEGOCIOS LO HACEN PERO TIENEN LA DECENCIA Y EL PROFESIONALISMO DE COMUNICARTELO ANTES TOMAR TU DINERO" tengo ejemplos de negocios con este sistema y no precisamente deciden quedarse con mi dinero porque les da la gana sino es cuando YO estoy en previo acuerdo por un documento de recibo o algo y NO ES EL CASO DE USTEDES PRECISAMENTE.!! Finalmente y para no seguirme extendiéndo CUIDADO con poner en depósito un dinero en un lugar que no les da un recibo!!.EJEMPLO DIN STYLE.!!! Para Nada...
