I first went to LAB Salon for the Keratin treatment. I just moved from Las Vegas to Miami. I have very thick and long hair and the humidity had turned it into one big poof. I have learned over the course of my life not all hair stylists know how to work with very thick and long hair. Upon arrival Peter took one look at me and said “ we have to texturized and style your hair I will make it look magnificent.

It is not easy for me to sit for a couple of hours, but Peter immediately made me feel so welcomed not just with him, but the other customers in the salon. I found myself having the funniest and most interesting conversations with not just Peter, but others. The time just flew by. The haircut and keratin was the best I have ever had. I spent four hours, but it seemed like 4 minutes.

Fast forward two weeks when I went back for my first color and I’m a natural blonde, but the grays are really coming in and taking over. I walked in and Peter looked at me with a strange look on his face. You could tell he knew he knew me, but I’m thinking oh no did I show up on the wrong day or wrong time? I was so confident with this appointment

How could I face everyone at work after I was so excited to get my grays covered if I blew the day/ time? I can just hear the jokes now! Fortunately, Peter didn’t recognize me at first because it was such a night and day difference with the Keratin and haircut. Furthermore, ( there is a point to this lol) Peter cuts your hair to where it just falls and stays where it should be. Gone are the days of the anxiety when you have to wash your hair after going to the salon knowing you can never recreate the way they did you hair!

Everyday I was able to easily style my hair and it look great. Today Peter colored my hair and it was my first time. He didn’t do the all over color, but rather he built upon my natural blonde and covered my grays. I also got a silicone treatment and my hair has never felt or looked better in all of my 48 years!

I have had yet another great experience at Lab salon !!! I am OBSESSED WITH MY EXTENSIONS!!! Thank you Peter!!! Many women and almost all celebrities wear hair extensions to enhance the appearance of their hair. Some hide it to remain discreet, while others flaunt it all over their social media but unanimously, they all want it to appear undetectable so they opt for extensions can be seamlessly applied, well blended and color matched to perfection. And when I say perfection ... I absolutely mean perfection!! These high quality hair extensions also hold a curl or any particular style option extremely well so there’s less of a need for extensive styling or heating product usage. The level of care is dependent on how often you actually take care of them , however they are attached to your scalp/hair, therefore not requiring daily washing as long as you care for them !!! Mine lasted 6 months !!!! If you don’t use a ton of product, consider washing them once a week or so. If you wear product on occasion, you can most likely go several wears before washing as you’ll likely not use a lot of products on them. Use your best judgement when caring for your extensions and always use gentle products that are sulfate and paraben free to extend the lifespan of the hair extensions. Peter is amazing at what he does, a quality hair angel sent from the heavens. I walked in for my first time not knowing what to expect, confused and frustrated with the bad coloring job I had done. As a Dominican dark skinned girl I had blonde highlights over hair that was left black, and red roots. I almost resigned to a simple blow dry. But he made me feel confident he could fix it and he understood how I felt. Peter sat me down and immediately started working. He also kept me entertained, we talked, listened to music. He has so much talent and also seems to work intuitively as well to fix any problems. He went above and beyond, adding touches that were needed in his eyes such as snipping off some bad ends, thinning what had to be thinned, coloring the hair in different sections and parts… he even colored my brows ever so slightly to soften it so it wasn’t so harsh against the blonde. i felt like I was part of a work of art, an art project. It was awesome. When all was done, I could actually look at myself again in the mirror. My hair was a beautiful ash blonde, the color looked good on me, actually complimented my skin tone and was way more even. It made sense. Needless to say I will be going back to Peter again in...
