If you are a naturalist at heart but love to smell pretty, this is the best place to go to! I’m serious! I make my own products bc I’m so strict with what I put on my body but I cannot resist le labo! And I love how careful they are with their products. I had the best attendee! I am so excited to explore this company more. So grateful for my friend introducing me to this place randomly one day! We walked in because she HAD TO HAVE THE ROSE! She asked for a 6$ tester and she gave us both one for free! Well it worked because my mother hates the smell of all my essential oils hahaha and Le labo is the only perfume I’ve ever fallen in love with since my journey on safer more natural products. I am an extremist and le labo is the only perfume I approve of! I can’t wait to try out their face wash and lotion...I can name so many more it seemed like their had everything! My attendee gave me the best testers with my purchase of my mini parfume starter set, but unfortunately I lost it on my bike ride home!!! The perfumes are great. But the customer service is terrible, I have spent more than 3 thousand dollars in perfumes in 1 year, today I went to refill my tobacco and the lavender and I spent way over 700 dollars but the customer service couldn't be worst, literally it is very difficult to find three employees that none of them have the will nor the capacity to resolve a simple managing issue. The lavender when I bought it about ten months ago, they cut the little tube to short that the pump wouldn't extract a good half an inch of the perfume which could represent easily a good 15 to 20% of the perfume, and the pretend that I lost all that money or product because according to them there was nothing they could do, so long story short, after a good 15 minutes and getting tire of arguing with totally unprofessional and people with 0lcero common sense, the decide to give me some samples to compensate for what I lost but still got ripped off, so this was my last time going to this location. It is a shame that such a high end and very valuable product gets in the hand off nonsense people. Hopefully the will do better in the future. Very...

I recently visited the Le Labo boutique in Wynwood and had a nice in-store experience. The team was kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable—the space itself felt serene, elevated, and thoughtfully curated.

I purchased both the Santal 26 and Petit Grain 21 candles. While Santal’s scent is iconic and the vessel is stunning, I found it much more subtle than I expected. I was hoping for a stronger throw that would fill the room, and for my space, it didn’t quite deliver. That said, Petit Grain 21 completely exceeded expectations—it’s fresh, clean, and elegant, and it lingers in the room long after the flame is out.
