I’m giving only one star right now because I’m extremely upset and angry. I just wanted to have a relaxed dinner with my kid. I’ve been to this restaurant a few times before, and everything was great.
This time, one of the dishes I ordered couldn’t be made due to unavailable ingredients. That’s okay—it happens sometimes—so I cancelled it. No problem. But then the other dish arrived completely undercooked. The point is, nobody asked me beforehand how I wanted it—medium, rare, or anything else. It’s not a big issue; these things happen. So, I asked them to cook it a little more, which didn’t seem to be a problem.
However, it took over 15 minutes, and when it came back, it was very, very well done—overcooked. The waiter admitted there was some misunderstanding or miscommunication and took it back, which I appreciated. But after almost half an hour, a new dish arrived, and by then, I was starving. When I cut into it, I realized it was even more raw than the first one. Blood was all over the plate.
It was incredibly upsetting and frustrating. I ended up wasting over an hour and left hungry, which was the last thing I wanted after spending that much time at a restaurant.
The restaurant didn’t charge me for the dish, which I appreciated, and they offered a complimentary dessert. But honestly, with a 60% tip already included for the other dish, the dessert felt like a joke.
To be honest, my previous visits were perfect—great service and a great atmosphere—but this experience left me very upset...
