Stay away from this store the level of incompadece is beyond your wildest dreams... I Call to find out where my 2 orders are they tell me they are still in transit for 12 days that they don't have them , I call customer service they tell me they were both delivered to the store, call the store back the woman tells me she searches the whole entire store that they are not there... An hour later I get a text message from the store telling me my orders are ready to be picked up at the store ,so I called to verify that both orders are there they tell me they are not they will have the manager call me.. Call customer service back and they tell me most definitely the orders were delivered there so customer service is replacing everything I ordered.. But as far as this store in Millbury Massachusetts not one person knows what they're doing they're rude as hell when you ask what is going on ....so save yourself time and aggravation and either shop at another carters store or order it online and have it shipped directly...
