Hi I just wanted to take a moment to give positive feedback on two wonderful ladies and employees who work at Kohl's of Millbury.
First of all I want to say that I cannot say enough about Mary in home department who also works customer service and that's where I have usually dealt with her and she has the nicest attitude toward customers that you are going to find anywhere bar none even if it's a situation where they might not be able to do something or for you as a customer or they might have to check with the manager she just is so nice to customers the whole while and very empathetic whatever the situation might be and of course very professional very pleasant polite and courteous hardworking and helpful!
And of course she was no different the other night when I had an issue with the return which brings me to the next lady whose name is Pam and she is one of the managers there and if I have this right I remember dealing with her on another occasion or two and so she's been there for a while now and she is always very very good to deal with if she can do something for a customer within reason shes willing to try to do that with a helpful, courteous professional attitude toward a customer.

I was reminded again “why not” …. I ordered and received an email saying my order was ready, I went out there and they were not ready! Ok no problem, things happen. The girl said we would receive another email when they “get there”. A week or so goes by and I get an email saying “cancelled” I call the store for 2 hours before getting through and when some girl says, ya sorry one item was canceled because we can’t find it and another was reimbursed because you never picked it up. I said, I never got the email saying it was in! Nope, nothing she could do… she couldn’t simply go get the boots on the shelf that they put back this morning. Read moreI absolutely love Kohl's and I've been going here for years it's my go-to for everything but I'm very upset that I had $50 gift card for Christmas when I went there with a 30% off coupon that I got in the mail plus my $5 Kohl's rewards and I wasn't able to use them if I use the gift card because I can't pay with a gift card after getting the discount which is ridiculous I even offered to pay at the end and the cashier wouldn't allow me to so I ended up not getting the 30% off and just using my gift card and ended up paying more then I needed to but why should I pay when I have a gift card a gift card should still be just as money cuz somebody paid cash for that gift card...
