After a year of struggling with DIY hair dye disasters (uneven color and harsh lines – ugh!), I finally treated myself to a professional balayage with Kevin (Wang Kai). Let me just say – HE’S GREAT!!!!!

My hair was in rough shape from previous coloring, but Kevin carefully assessed the damage, did test strands to ensure the perfect ash-toned result, and patiently corrected the color inconsistencies. The final look? A soft, dimensional balayage that’s both trendy and elegant – exactly what I wanted!
