If you're craving authentic Halal Uzbek cuisine, Kussan Bazar is a must-visit. I had the pleasure of trying their lamb and chicken wraps, samsa, lamb roast, shank roast, and beef noodle soup, and each dish left a memorable impression.

Lamb and Chicken Wraps: Perfectly spiced and wrapped in soft, fresh bread. The balance of flavors was spot on, melted in mouth.

Samsa: These baked pastries, filled with tender meat, were flaky and packed with authentic spices. A delightful starter but small sized.

Golden Crispy Roasted Lamb Ribs and Wellington-Style Roasted Lamb Shank: Both dishes were cooked to perfection, with the meat falling off the bone. The rich, aromatic flavors truly captured the essence of Uzbek cuisine.

Beef Noodle Soup: Comforting and hearty, with a flavorful broth and tender beef. The hand-pulled noodles added a homemade touch.

The staff deserves special mention, particularly Utkir, who was exceptionally courteous, professional, and helpful. His attentiveness and knowledge added a personal touch to the dining experience, making it even more enjoyable.

Food was not bad at all, I like the fact that's its relatively healthy as they don't add MSG (I got the beef Chao Mian).

The atmosphere was pretty nice too, as it feels high-end.

However, despite all of that, what really hinders me from giving this place a better review would be the customer service itself. The waiters were unprofessional, and unattentative with tabiling; they stood around chatting and flirting with eachother- this went on for about 20mins. I had to get up, get the menus, ask for waters myself, essentially doing the job that they were supposed to do.

For the waiters, If you're going to work, don't just stand around and leave customers hanging so you can pick up your coworkers number, especially when it's infront of everyone. Take care of youre people, and if it's not busy, sweep the floors, or help out in the kitchen. You're the first person that customers see, and the last one they see when we leave- the least you can do is act...

I have a bit of a mixed experience primarily because the server, while very nice and attentive, seemed not concentrated at all. There were maybe 3 tables with customers at most yet managed to get confused with my order (he repeated the order twice before messing it up) but what made it annoying was that he put at very high volume some sort of podcast with adult content ( a woman talking about having sex with your ex), this bothered me because there were minors. I noticed that he was not paying attention and seemed very distracted.

On the positive side, the food is PHENOMENAL and with excellent presentation. Very nice ambiance (except for the podcast situation which got taken care of) and great variety in the menu. I will absolutely come back.
