We were staying for a concert at the Fiserv Forum and this was a more reasonable price than the nearby hotels. Its location is great if going to the Fiserv, just a short walk. I would absolutely stay here again, having the extra convenience of a separate room from the living/kitchen area is really great. The checkin and checkout process was really simple and straight forward. There is parking on site but I would not recommend it for larger vehicles, they are very tight spaces. I can’t give it 5 stars for this stay, though - we did have a few minor issues. First, checkin was at 4 so we timed our drive almost perfectly, however 20 minutes before our checkin time and 10 minutes after being given our access info, I received a message that our room wouldn’t be ready until 4:30. We timed it so we would have time to change and go eat before the concert and this made our timing a bit tight. This was definitely not a good first impression. Second, I did ask for a room that was quieter because I’m pregnant and really struggling to sleep, all of which I put in the special requests with booking. I definitely don’t think they considered our special request at all. They put us in the room right across from the main entry, next to the community room and with parking lights shining right into our window all night long. Meanwhile, no curtains that actually covered the window to block the bright lights (picture included). Probably the loudest available room considering the main entrance and main hangout area are right across from it. Lastly, I’m not sure they really swept or vacuumed the floor, we had some plastic cap in the bathroom, a card someone left under the mirror in the bedroom and a dryer sheet under the TV (pictured included) that confirm if they did, it wasn’t very thorough. So not only did they need an extra 30 minutes to clean, but they didn’t clean it well. Overall, our stay was good and it was super simple and convenient and we would book here again or at another Kasa.. I just really hope they consider special requests next time AND get curtains that fit the windows.

Kasa westown was great! Went here for a concert at the Fiserv Forum. Very short and convenient walk down the hill to the Fiserv! If you have any confusion about the place like i did at first, they are in the building labeled Vim+Vigor Lofts. It seems that Kasa owns/rents some of the Lofts inside this apartment building and rent them out to guests like a hotel. Slightly confusing in general but I understood once i got there. The room was Very nice, clean, and cozy with lots of space. The bed was nice and the kitchen was great to have. The previous people that stayed here seemed to leave a few random beers in the fridge too so i guess that’s a plus if you’re into that haha, i did not indulge in the beers. Very convenient parking garage that has an elevator that takes you right to your room floor. The parking spots in the garage are pretty tight space wise tho so be careful. Remember that Key fob every time you leave if you go out walking around the area cuz you can’t get back into the building at all without it! Not even sure what I would do if i had forgotten to take it from the room or lost the fob at my concert or something. Also be careful when you check out and make sure you get your car out of the garage with the parking pass BEFORE you check out and leave your keys/parking pass in the room(maybe this is obvious but if i wasn’t thinking at the time then i might’ve forgotten). Otherwise no complaints from me at all really. I only wish it had a pool, but it’s got a nice little rec area as well as a beautiful roof area that you can access by going to the 4th floor! I could tell that other people live in the building tho which maybe feels a bit weird but i had no problems. Would probably stay again if I go to the Fiserv again. W 2 day stay experience.

Reserved this location back in November of 2024, for the Linkin Park concert just 2 days ago. Space is one thing you will not be wanting for. You've got enough space in just the main open kitchen to living room plan than the majority of suites I've personally been in without pushing past the $1000/day line. Recommend paying for the parking, especially if going to Fiserv Forum for anything Checking in, aside from initial parking (location issue not a them issue), a breeze. They text you what you need, as well as provide an online instructional presentation if wanted, you grab what you need to from the room and park in the garage. Word of warning, SUV fans and lift kit types.. its underneath the building, you ain't getting too far into the garage, low clearance once you get to the first bend. Purposely roomed here because it was a 3 block walk to the Fiserv Forum, and given the craziness that is an event like this tour, worth the small amount I paid for the parking there. Its also close to a number of awesome places, 3rd St Market (food options galore) a corner grocery, the old Pabst brewery. I did not want for food options or even quick groceries. Only issue was a personal one, beds are a memory foam type that proved too soft and too hard at the same time, so after the concert, when my body was a little banged up from the excitement.. I found it hard to sleep. But thats on me, not Kasa. So just know thats what to expect. Service gets 4 star simply because there wasn't anyone there specifically for the rooms rented, not a bad thing, just cant give a 5 star when no service actively required or present. Room was well stocked, and while one bulb was out on a lamp it didnt dampen the experience or enjoyment.

Zero damn stars. It was hard to check in at first they took a long time to send the check in info waited 15 after check in time to get it. I booked with them before so I thought it would be a good experience again NOPE. When I first got there it had a dog smell literally smelled like a wet dog and alot of the outlets did not work and it was pet hair so I contacted the host and they told me to flip the breaker I didn't even respond because I didn't feel like I should have to do all of that and I didn't bother looking for the breaker switch because I didnt want to mess anything up and something goes wrong. They did send a "cleaner" out to clean the place I didnt request it but they did because of the pet smell and hair and I felt bad so I told her she didnt have to clean just give me some spray so it won't smell so bad the spray didn't work but I felt bad they made her come out. The bathtub, kitchen sink, and the bathroom sink was also dirty and the tub was clogged. Next day was check out I checked out but I forgot my son's box of pull ups. They were still in the box brand new so of course contact the host asked them to let me back in to grab it mind you It wasn't long maybe 15 minutes after check out when I realized I left them. The host "couldn't get in contact" with the cleaners so I knocked on the door and they didn't answer after 20 minutes I ran into the cleaners in the hallway as I was walking to try knocking on the door again and I asked them and they said they threw it away I said I want to check in the unit let me see they did and they indeed threw them away I'm like why would you do that its not like it was clothes even a charger but a WHOE BOX OF BRAND NEW PULL UPS i exchanged words with the same "cleaner" they sent out the last time and as we're exchanging words I realize she was pissed they made her come out and "clean" that day I complained about the smell and pet hair she threw my baby pull ups away on purpose after all this I ended up walking away to cool down and went back and asked her to get it out of the dumpster they both did I walked with them to get it I apologized to them for having words with them and they apologized to me for throwing his pull ups away and the words exchanged I even tipped them both on cashapp and went on about my day. I decided to book again for an extra day until I could find another llocationi checked in at 4 the same day and ALMOST 3 HOURS LATER AFTER CHECKING i receive a TEXT MESSAGE saying I harassed their team and I need to vacate the premises within an hour so much I could say but simply put they are unprofessional to send a text like that not even a phone call but a text and then to be lied on as if I really harrassed the Cleaner Kasa is not worth the money I paid at all I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOW OR EVER...
