I called the store on a Saturday morning to see if a newer sweatshirt that I wanted had come in with the new inventory as advised by one of the associates (Kayla). She informed me that the new line I was looking for had come in so I headed to the store and when I arrived they had my size ready in an off-white color, but I saw a black color that I liked instead. However, they didn’t have my size left in black, so one of the guys asked me if I could wait about 10 minutes and he drove to the warehouse to pick up a few more so I could buy the preferred color I wanted versus what was available in store in my size. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was worthy because people don’t really go out of their way to go that extra mile these days. To that end, I will be returning to buy more merch in the near future and won’t mind spending...

Excellent, personalized customer service. A story: My son was crestfallen when the Giannis bracelet a friend had gifted him broke. I went to order a replacement from the website, but despite the $3.99 price tag, the shipping was to cost nearly $50 (all web orders ship from Greece). After reaching out to friends who live near Milwaukee, I finally just picked up the phone and called the store. The person I talked with understood the issue, and though they don’t normally do this, and since my order was small, he provided me a way to send the money for the order and he personally shipped it to me. Incredibly friendly and communicative. Now it’s not just my son who is a fan of all things Giannis....

Stopped in after the scrimmage just to have a look, ended up leaving with a matching hoodie and sweatpants set. Great colors and numerous choices, all made with high quality cotton and polyester blends imported directly from Greece. They also sell water bottles which directly support environmental efforts in the southeast of Europe. A good time to be a bucks fan considering Giannis just signed his extension! Store had friendly staff and had his YouTube channel playing as well. Located right in the trade hotel, the store doesn’t disappoint. Be warned though, the clothing is on the steeper...
