MODA3 — Local services in Milwaukee

I love this store, I always buy my boyfriends gifts here and it’s one of my favorite places to shop in mil. I came in today to look for his Christmas gifts, and I had just gone to Retique so had a few bag less items in my hand. I’m not sure if that was perceived as suspicious but it felt like I was being followed around the store. I might be overreacting so I apologize if I misunderstood what was happening but in the off chance I didn’t. I wanted to say it made me really uncomfortable and like I was doing something wrong even though I wasn’t. This doesn’t change the fact I love this store and will continue to shop here, I just wanted to share my experience. Anyway Happy Holidays and thank you!

This place has the best selection of WI Sports Apparel outside of the actual Pro Shops of the respective teams. I was really impressed by the retro and niche Packers, Bucks and Brewers stuff they carry here. Also I ordered an item online and the process was quick and efficient and the staff personally responded to any questions I had which was really great in this age of impersonal E-Commerce to have to the assurance that a human is behind your transaction backing it 100%. The retail store down in the 3rd ward is well stocked, clean, and organized and the staff is friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Ordered a Nike sneakers for my Son’s Bday the shoe is unusual and has green in it which is my son’s favorite color. As soon as I opened the box, I noticed the lace was damaged. It’s a multicolored lace and not a typical lace that you can walk into a store and rebuy which I shouldn’t have to if I just spent money on a product that is suppose to not have any issues. I called the company to tell them to send me another lace to replace this one. The response they gave me was that I should call Nike myself for a lace even though I didn’t buy the shoes directly from Nike!!! How unprofessional!
