I usually have a good experience with the wicked hop, but today i did not I ordered a cheese burger well done and received a raw burger. It looked as if it was frozen and then thrown on the grill and considered done once the outside was brown, mind you i was on my lunch break and called ahead to get my order placed which was at 11 am when they opened so they werent busy. i got all the way back to my office which is down the street and my fries were cold and my burger was raw. I called to let them know and was told i had to bring the burger all the way back to them for me to get a refund. I just spend 14.00 on a burger and fries and used my lunch break to walk there. The manager told me to bring my burger back when i get off work instead of having me take a picture and sending it to there email so that i can get a refund, and that he will make sure the kitchen knows forward that not to happen again. well what the hell is that going to do for my order. I spend money in there once a week on chicken nachos and i cant get my order straighten out with out having to wait until after work to get a refund and i dont get to eat lunch now.. Im crabby and not going to eat there any more.

Funny story, my first time here our waitress lost my husband’s and I orders(2 burgers). Good thing our dinner was on the house, nice! (Party of 8) Not so funny story; second time here, everything was going well, our waitress, the service, and several minutes later and three hungry friends waited and waited for at least, the cheese curds. Waitress attitude changed drastically after bringing our orders. I have no idea what happened, but definitely made me want to leave right away. Observation: our waitress was attending the second floor and the first floor far from the kitchen. Why??? And while our waitress was running around all over the place I notice three employees standing there like there’s not a soul, staring at our table. The third ⭐️ is because food was really good.

The wicked hop is a nice place for lunch or a few drinks at the bar. The menu offers a variety of options so there's something for everyone. On our visit we enjoyed the Reuben, a grilled cheese and clam chowder. All were delicious. There was a foot long grilled cheese on the menu and I'm hoping to return one day to give it a try. There's a great selection of craft beers available as well as non alcoholic drinks. Seating is available on the lower and upper level and there are some tables by the bar. The restaurant is handicap accessible and we were able to easily seat a wheelchair at our table. There's outdoor seating for good weather. The staff were nice and service was great. I definitely enjoyed my visit and will return on my next visit to Milwaukee.

This was our first time experience at The Wicked Hop. We went on a Saturday afternoon, and we expected to wait as the outside patio was full. To our surprise, we were seated right away. The atmosphere was very trendy, but I didn't feel out of place. The staff was very friendly and greeted us right as we walked in. After looking over the menu, the server recommended trying an appetizer, so we tried the donuts called "I Dream of Donuts." Unfortunately, we didn't have a picture since they were so delicious. For breakfast, I had the Cumberbach Benedict. It was very delicious, and my wife had the Berries French Toast. There were 3 huge slices of Frech Toast covered in blueberries. This is a restaurant I would highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

My family and I stopped here for dinner on a Friday night around 6. We were seated inside immediately. We ordered a beer and watermelon sangria. The drinks came out quickly and were delicious. Ordered the pretzel appetizers. The pretzels came out a little while later very hot along with two dipping sauces, spicy grain mustard and a cheese dip. The pretzel balls were deceivingly light and the sauces were spot on. We ordered the wedge salad with chicken and the grilled chicken sandwich (which comes with many choices of flavors). I ordered the Spicy garlic flavoring. Very grateful I ordered it on the side. I thought it was ketchup so I dipped a French fry in it. Wow, very very spicy. Overall very good dinner and wonderful service (shout out to Molly)!
