EDIT - ORIGINALLY I had posted that even though no one helps much the staff is polite and the store organized. However, on my last visit I'm doing off all the stars because of the horrible service. I was trying to exchange leggings I'd had less then a month and were getting snags. And not just a few snags, but like the ones that leave pulls in the fabric and little knots and loops on the outside. I tried to exchange and the manager refused, saying that they don't know what caused the damage so I could not exchange. I pointed out that all the leggings of the same fabric on her sales floor had similar snags, so it's probably a defective fabric... she still refused claiming I could have done it myself. I've never had a problem with aerie leggings so I know this isn't usual, but her behavior makes me not want to purchase anymore from that company. And during Christmas time too... now I don't want to buy my daughter things. So sad to see this company going that direction!! This explains why some of their competitors are doing so well in the same locations! Either that or they really need to reevaluate the training they are giving...

No customer should ever feel judged, disrespected, or treated differently because of who they are. I came here expecting professionalism and fairness, but instead I was met with hostility and prejudice. It was uncomfortable and honestly shocking in todayās world. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values respect, inclusivity, and basic human decency. There are many other businesses that will treat you with kindnessāthis is not one of them. The front desk girl cashing people out was unbelievably rude and outright racist. Instead of treating me with respect as a customer, she acted dismissive, condescending, and made me feel completely unwelcome. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but flat-out discriminatory. If this is the type of person they allow to represent their business at the front, it speaks volumes about their values. They thought the liner of the dress was something I wanted to steal when it was clearly part of the dress it was to the point they searched it up online to confirm didn't even get a sorry then she didn't ask if I wanted a bag and pushed the dress to move it over mind you that she took it apart it was all in a ball didn't fold it didn't say sorry. I was SO angry I wanted to be a Karen so bad because I felt like it was out of racism. Don't work in customer service if you hate people. I wasn't even rude I simply put it on the counter for it...
