Very rude staff. Don’t recommend. Go somewhere else for your purchases if at all possible.

I felt pressured, then was singled out and embarrassed. The employee told me that she had 100 pairs of Birkenstocks to seemingly make me feel belittled when I asked questions. Then the male employee grabbed the shoes I was trying on, and took them to the counter while I was still trying to find out y them on and figure out which pair I have wanted. The store is so cute but the staff makes you feel as if you are being judged the whole time, I wasn’t greeted when I walked and the were no employees on the floor in the past three times I’ve been. Every time I’ve been in though all the employees have been behind the register (like 3 or 4 girls) and have been on their phones or giving me judgmental looks when I’m shopping ( I go in more for buying decor or accessories then the clothes as I’m plus size) this store would be great if the atmosphere felt more inviting.
