Update - The owner of the business reached me after this review and apologized for the experience and informed me he took the comments seriously and the issues would be reviewed with staff and that he was refunding the total of the order. He was very professional and kind in asking to give them another chance, so I will do so and update this review accordingly.

Extremely disappointing! I placed an online order Togo for a simple cheese burger and coke. I arrived there about 10 minutes after the order submission and even though there were employees everywhere doing absolutely nothing I stood there for about 10 minutes before somebody came to the host stand (still not saying anything to me) I had to get their attention then let them know I was there to pickup an online order I submitted 20 minutes ago and he looked at me carelessly and asked if I wanted to submit an order.

I once again told him I was there to PICKUP an order I placed online 20 minutes ago for a burger and he simply said ok give us a few minutes, then turns around and proceeds to talk to the bartender at the bar about unprofessional topic completely unrelated to work and still not even checking on my order. I sat down and patiently waited another 15 minutes before asking another employee about the order which he then said “it should be out in a few minutes" I respectfully responded “alright appreciate it" which he then turned away and proceeded to converse with the other employee about unrelated topics.

Over another 10 minutes later I stand up and before I can say anything one of the employee’s look at me and go it’s coming out just a sec. Another 5 minutes passes by before one employee comes out and simply passes me the bag without even looking at me. I said what about the coke? He said you got a drink? I responded yes I ordered a coke with it which he then turns around once again not saying anything then slowly walks to the back and comes out about 2 minutes later with a bottled coke. Doesn’t say anything to me at all and just turns and walks away directly afterwards.

RUDE, and TERRIBLE service for over priced food, which may I add this place was dead and not busy with hardly any customers at the time and the food...

I have them a two stars out of the kindness in my heart.SO LETS GET STARTED WITH THIS LONG REVIEW! Ok so today it was PIPING hot outside and my family of two adults and two children decided to stop by this burger company. Problem number 1 first of all I was greeted with a welcoming “STAND OVER THERE” as soon as we came over to the waitress behind the podium.then on top of that we finally sit down and our waiter decided HES gunna have the longest chat known to man with a group of ppl different then our ethnicity..what I’m saying is he basically only talked to the lighter ppl while he left us in the dust. And this didn’t go on for a few minutes this went on for 30 minutes we were sitting there. Then when we finally ordered I ordered a MEDIUM burger. For the 10 minutes it took for my food to come out (our waiter said 3 then continued to be in the front space on his phone instead of checking for the food)it came well done I looked at bro like maybe the long wait was because you were burning my burger.also when the food arrived no one helped get it out like they did for everyone else. My father flagged down a woman and she kept walking and said “just wait a minute” and some other words muttering. My mom got up and took the food out herself then another woman decided to come over and say “I got it mam” after most of the food was already on the table. When the supervisor came by it felt like she really wanted us to shut up all we were doing was telling you the AWFUL service given to us. Also she made us get a milkshake. Now here’s what really ticked me off. She made my mom who has diabetes get the chocolate shake. The extreme one when we just wanted a regular small one but INSISTED on us getting the more diabetic one. I sat there and spit it with my mom so she wouldn’t get sick while the lady insisted the shakes were the best thing at a BURGER COMPANY?! I’m NEVER coming back and extremely disappointed 2 stars the robots...

Visited here mid afternoon on July 5th. We should have been after the lunchtime regular lunch but realized it was a big holiday weekend so we weren't surprised it was still busy. We had 3 small children 6, 4 and 1.5 years old and chose here because we felt the kids would be enamored by the robot servers. We were told the wait would be 20-30 minutes, when we, in fact, waited nearly 40 minutes! Then we were seated at a table that was for 6 when we had 7 plus a high chair, so was VERY crowded but we'd waited long enough and the kids were famished. THIS was bad enough but then the food took forever! When the server arrived for drink orders, we all already knew what we wanted to order and immediately placed food orders. An appetizer was ordered to help hold the kids over until lunch arrived and even the appetizer took 30 minutes to arrive! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! The rest of the food took another 20 minutes or longer!! Crazy!! My husband ordered grouper bites and at least one of them was insufficiently cooked...not like they didn't have time to cook it completely but at least one bite was still glassy inside & not white fish as it should have been. We arrived at the restaurant before 1:30pm and didn't get food until after 3pm...it was RIDICULOUSLY SLOW!! Worst experience ever and the food was not memorable...basic fare! THEN we were charged an automatic %18 tip because there were 8 of us!!! We even had to request our drinks/water be refilled!! Our server knew we were unhappy and he should have at the bare minimum waived the auto tip!! Last time I'll take out of town visitors there & won't ever...
