I went this evening 5/26. I’ve been here before when it was Destination Donuts which was good. But I’m not so sure anymore. The young man that was there was obviously new and was very sweet. He did not know everything which is okay but the young lady there should have helped him more. I asked how many scoops of icecream came with a brownie sundae and he told me two. I told him I wanted to order that and he went to ask the young lady (who maybe was the shift lead or manager) to see if she could make it because he didn’t know how. She quickly told him verbally and then when he went to give me two scoops but then quickly told him no it’s only one. For $9+ for a brownie and one scoop of icecream is ridiculous. He was very apologetic but she should’ve taken accountability as well as she didn’t explain to him properly otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten it at all. I only got it because he had already warmed the brownie for me and he was so sweet. Good customer service goes a long way. Being from out of town, I found this place a little difficult to find. It's located in a small strip mall off the main road. If you don't find it at first, keep looking. I'm glad I found it. If you're a vacation-goer in Destin, be sure to stop by this local shop sometime during your trip. You won't regret it.

Destination Little Donuts makes only cake donuts. Be aware of that. They are little round packages of joy. Think of this place as the Chipotle of Donuts. You choose one, or several, of their special creations - Heath, Maple Frosted, Strawberry iced, some cereal concoction, whatever floats your boat... and they prepare them fresh in front of you. You'll love these morsels of sugary goodness. They're not like anything you'll find anywhere else.

Donuts made warm and fresh for every order. Upon entry there is a little table with clipboards. You check off which specialty donuts you'd like and how many. Behind the glass display are labeled donuts so you can see what each type looks like. These are just display though, they literally make yours fresh after you order! Waited only 10-15 min for a full dozen to be made. Really nice staff and fast service. You can wait in shop or walk around Commons a bit. So many options. My favorite was the Heath bar donut. Apple caramel one was also really good. Delicious when warm or cool. The next day they still look and taste like day one...no sogginess like another reviewer mentioned. Part of the wait is cooling time so that they can add toppings. I don't know how they decorate these so quickly! It made for a fun and memorable...
