If you ever wonder what real quality tastes like… go to Formula Fresh. 🥑✨ Today I had the Avocado Bliss 🥗 and the Be Tasty Smoothie 🍓 (subbed both the Grass Fed Chocolate Whey and Collagen 💪🏾). The food was so good I forgot to take a photo. I ate it like Cookie Monster tears through cookies 🍪😂

Let’s start with what matters most... the people. 🫶🏾 Carrie (👑) is an absolute gem 💎 She is warm, patient, and somehow remembers every single one of my acai bowl modifications 😅 She greets me by name every time I walk in, which tells me Formula Fresh doesn’t just serve food... they serve connection. That’s rare and special. 💫

Today I also met Jada 💕 Kind, attentive, and refreshingly honest. When I asked for the exact protein grams in my smoothie, she told me a tablespoon but didn’t know the gram count. I mentioned that I’m tracking my calories and protein, and she didn’t miss a beat. Then Carrie jumped in and shared that the owner is working on adding nutritional info to the menu 📊 That kind of forward thinking is exciting!

From a brand perspective, that’s what growth looks like. Vacationed in Destin and while there I happened upon Formula Fresh superfood bar … the place is adorable-very inviting and very comfortable. The staff was super friendly - fully explaining how the bowls work and willingly made a couple adjustments on the bowls my friends ordered… the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed… I ordered a Blue Almond smoothie bowl and it was sooo good. The best I’ve ever had from any place! I stopped in 2 other times while there and ordered the same bowl and the quality was consistent each time. I also tried a couple different flavors of their protein bites … part of their grab and go menu… my absolute favorite are the Lemon Blueberry Bliss bites … actually I’m obsessed❤️ When I got home it only took me a short period of time before I found them online and wrote asking if I could place an order and have them shipped to me … they did and I think I polished off that first order in record time. I’ve ordered them several times since and every time the quality has been exactly the same. They come carefully packaged and received couple of days after the order is placed. I have shared them with family and friends and they all agree they’re addictive. Needless to say I will continue to place orders and look forward to my next visit to Destin to pop in and introduce myself… and of course order a Blue Almond Smoothie Bowl It’s a must destination...

Very disappointing. All I wanted was a simple coffee and my wife had one of their pre made drinks from the cooler. We order than wait and see customer after customer walk in and out. Another couple who looked like us also orders before us and noticed the same thing. Finally I asked if my coffee is close to being done and the girl said 5 more mins meantime they have been standing there and washing other cups. When I was told 5 more mins I asked for my money back because I had to leave. Miraculously one of the associates came out with my coffee and said it was done. I am a buisness owner so customer service is paramount for our buisness and I expect at least the bare minimum. So I said keep the coffee I will take my money and was told to come back the next day after 12 because they needed a manager. So I did not make a scene said thanks and came back the next day at 12 and was told the manager wasn’t there to come back tomorrow. My wife said that is unacceptable and they finally called there manager to process the refund (something they could’ve done the first day). I still haven’t got my refund and it’s been 5 days. I even tipped them before I got my drink and didn’t get the tip...
