lululemon — Local services in Miramar Beach

My teenage daughter and I had an AWFUL experience at this location. We were not greeted, when we walked in. I did observe others being greeted. I was not asked one time if I needed any assistance but, I did see others being asked, and helped. The ONLY nice person I encountered my whole visit was The Fitting Room Attendant. She was lovely. As we were leaving, nobody said a word. I did hear others being told, "Have a great day." Here's my opinion, I was not dressed like an "Armani Model." I was actually wearing my Lululemon pants and a T-shirt. I was so upset about how we were treated that I decided not to buy your $100 sweatshirt, or more leggings. I had every intention of making a purchase, before I walked it. Maybe, train your employees to treat everyone equally, and not judge when someone isn't dressed a millionaire while Christmas Shopping. I've had good experiences at The Lululemon in Sandestin. That store is farther away but, I'll definitely drive...

I've been here twice now. First time customer. Both employees back in the fitting rooms each visit were very knowledgeable and ultimately convinced me to buy my first pair of leggings even though I was hesitant over the price. Its been over a month now and I wear leggings daily so I've gotten some good use out of them. They have been so nice and very happy with my purchase. I will say that people on the floor weren't very approachable looking both times I've been in but the employees with fitting rooms...

I will have to give one star better none at all at the Destin location on Monday afternoon 02/24. I had really horrible customer service there. I never ever was acknowledged when I walked into the store nor was I asked once whether I needed any help and yet there were three ladies standing around, I will happily describe them.
