Ring Bar — Local services in Miramar Beach

I went in last night and was helped by a very nice lady. She helped me create a ring stack and pick out a bracelet. She was polite and helpful the whole time. I had the bracelet on for about an hour and the clasp broke. I fixed it and it immediately broke again. Tonight I went to return the necklace and the rings. I had to wait up front a few minutes. The only worker was in the back making a bunch of noise. She did offer to exchange the bracelet but I declined. She asked me why I was also returning the rings. I told her I wanted my money back on everything because the bracelet immediately breaking was concerning to me. I live in Indiana and would not have been able to come back. She said nothing about being sorry or showing that she understood my concern. She also kept my original receipt and said she had to keep it. I tool photos of my receipt then. The worker tonight was rude. She was not friendly and obviously didn't care. I was not willing to let my almost $90 go. I wish I would have been able to see the person from last night. If tonight's worker was there last night, I would not have purchased anything. This place needs to seriously work on their customer service. We went in and looked at the entire store, once deciding on a ring we looked over and waited for the two ladies with glasses to finish their conversation. Once the one realized we needed help she quickly looked away and went into the back of the store so she didn’t have to help us. The other lady ended up helping two other girls. No one said hello when we entered the store or offered to help us not once. There were two ladies working and it was only us and two other girls in the store! My wife and I decided to buy some fun new rings for our 30th anniversary while we were in Destin on family vacation. Kara, the store manager, made the experience so much fun and low pressure.
