I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the unacceptable customer service I recently experienced at your pharmacy. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention.
I had been waiting for my prescribed medication for over a month, only to discover that the pharmacist deleted my pre-authorization without any valid reason. As a result, I was told that I now needed a new prescription from my doctor because the previous one had expired. This caused unnecessary delays in receiving the medication I rely on for my health.
This type of service is completely unacceptable and irresponsible, as it directly affects the well-being of customers who depend on timely access to their medications. Additionally, I have noticed inconsistent pricing practices, which raises concerns about fairness and transparency in your pharmacy’s operations.
Due to this experience, I have lost confidence in your pharmacy and will no longer be using your services. I urge you to address these issues immediately to prevent other customers from facing similar problems.
I expect a response regarding this matter and hope to see improvements in the way your pharmacy handles customer service, prescription processing, and pricing...
Read moreThis Publix used to be convenient and super quick to use but I have recently moved my prescriptions to a different Publix. I’m currently 6mo pregnant and my Obgyn had prescribed me medication for my recent panic attacks. I tried not using anything in that drug class while pregnant but I had 3 episodes of almost passing out which could cause extreme harm to me and my unborn child. When I went to the pharmacy after my appointment to fill it, a red haired woman asked me a ton of personal questions about my doctor, why it was prescribed and asked why my psychiatrist wasn’t the person filling it. She then refused to fill my prescription. I had to tell a stranger my whole life story and medical history only to be denied the medication fill. I then drove in tears to a second Publix that had no issue filling my medication. The system very well shows that I already take Lexapro for depression and anxiety and that I used to take Xanax before pregnancy so this prescription was not that far fetched based on my prescription history. I’ve never been in this type of experience ever and I hope that nobody else has to deal...
Read moreI've been coming to this Publix Pharmacy now for over 6 years and they're customer service is absolutely second to none but a special shout out goes to Nicole. I've never met a pharmacist that cares so much for her patients. Nicole always goes out of her way to make sure there are are no contradictions with any of the prescriptions you receive. She genuinely and sincerely cares for her patients (or customers) She is the consummate professional in everyway. Always greats you with a smile and you never leave with any questions. There are a lot of pharmacies, so why not come to the best one? And I’m sure they all take care of their customers but it's great when Nicole greets you with a big smile, asks how you are genuinely feeling and most of all remembers your name. To me she is more than my pharmacist but a good friend that really cares about how you are doing and always asks if you have any questions... you (I) never leave with any doubts. Thank you Publix but most of all thank you, Nicole...
