Went in, another costumer was struggling to come up with a couple cents in change. So my daughter went to go help out and give a dollar. The owner/Lady at the desk was pushing her away and getting mad at her. After they were done, she proceeded to come up to my daughter and very aggressively and rudely and told that wasn’t proper and was rude to interrupt a transaction. We were just trying to help out someone who was struggling to find change. She continued to be rude and a jerk to my 12 year old daughter. She then proceeded to yell at us to get out of her store and never come again. We then went back 2 days later, our elderly grandmother went into the store and we went along with her. we had said nothing and she told us to get out, our grandma who can’t hear very well couldn’t understand she went up to the desk to ask what she said, she didn’t understand nor hear. Ive never left a re review before. But I came on here to see if there was an online store and saw negative reviews so felt compelled to leave a positive one. I went into the store three times yesterday with my daughter, and each time was greeted by two ladies with a smile and a greeting. Between my daughter and I we probably looked in every case and both ladies were very patient and knowledgeable. They were friendly and fun to talk to. The store had a great selection of authentic Native American Jewelry and a great selection of turquoise. I ended up spending well over a grand in here and it was worth every penny. This shop was great! So many high quality items. The ladies were so sweet, kind and helpful! They even chatted with my husband making him feel comfortable as I walked around trying things on. The only thing I would say is the shop needs lager sizes 7-9 in inventory as a lot of them are size 6 and under. However, I was still able to find two beautiful rings. ❤️
