I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting The Find Moab, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service was so abysmal that it left me questioning why this establishment is still in business.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff had no interest in providing even a basic level of customer service. It felt like I was invisible, and my presence was an inconvenience to them.

The lack of knowledge among the staff was astonishing; it was like they had never been trained on the basics of their job. As if the disinterested staff weren't bad enough, the overall cleanliness of the place was shocking. It's clear that maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers is not a priority for this establishment.

I strongly advise anyone considering patronizing The Find Moab to think twice. The dreadful customer service and the overall lack of professionalism, makes this place a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment – there are plenty of other businesses that actually value...

Last fall, my wife and I were in Moab, Utah. After spending a day exploring by car and hiking, we took a Red Tail Air Adventures tour. The crew were professional and entertaining. We were thoroughly impressed! There is really no other way to experience the beauty, and actually comprehend the complexity and majesty of this place except from the air. After the adventure, we stopped by the gift shop and found some treasures to bring home. The coffee mug is my favorite and I use it most every day. I also enjoy how my wife looks wearing a distressed river guide shirt.
