It's a shame I'm making this review because I love this place, but the other day there was a lady working in the store and she was unbelievably rude, no customer service and had so much attitude for no reason. I had called to see if my clippers were done at first and the lady had told me she called once and didn't leave a voice-mail because my box was full. Which granted okay I didn't know my box was full and it's not her fault she couldn't leave a message and it's my fault because I need to deal with it. Which whoa okay lady back up, I told her since they were ready I'd be omw. When I got there she had an attitude the whole time I was there and when I had gotten my clippers I had asked that out of courtesy it would be nice if she had called at least one more time besides the first time and she went on a whole rant on how she can't keep calling people over and over because she calls about 70 people a day and went on to tell me that she can't keep calling those with full voice-mail boxes because it's my fault it's full and I need to deal with it. And I had enough and went to leave and all full of attitude told me to have a GOOD day and emphasized it like she was being sarcastic. I will never go again because of her unprofessional actions...
Read moreThis review is on the bases of my last experience. Husband bought me a knife for Valentines day unfortunately was not the one I wanted, so went back to the store to exchange. Did not have the knife, said do to Covid they are running behind on inventory. Understandable! Said should be in Mid-March I waited patiently. Here we are in June still with no knife to use and out $100.00. Went back last week to just return the item and the lady said the card needed to be the same numbers she wasn't rude about it but she wasn't emphatic either. Thats fine. Returned to the store a week later with my husbands card and I got an ear full. I was scolded in a manner where I no longer felt like a customer but a child. She stated that the card holder needed to be present (she didn't state this before hand) and she would make the exception. Great! If she's going to make the exception then do it without the lecture. I also come from a long list of family who's in law enforcement and use utility knives I won't be giving any...
Read moreI needed my folders sharpened (all the pocket knives [5] I had sharpened were $35.00 or less in value a.k.a. cheap knives). Two CRKT'S, one Calimus, one Smith&Wesson, and one auto parts store purchase. Kelly's Cutlery did a great job on them. The price was more than fair. The bad news for me is I really like pocket knives and Kelly's Cutlery has a really nice selection of pocket knives and after only 2 visits (1 to drop off my knives and the second was to pickup my now sharpened knives) my wallet is $300.00 lighter LOL. When I dropped off my knives for sharpening, I was told it would be ten days before they would be ready. My pickup date was August 25. I was called the Sunday prior and told my knives were already done. Now, I have 8 pocket knives and a huge grin on my face. If you really like knives as I do, go visit Kelly's Cutlery and do your self a favor and bring along a towel so you can keep the drool from...
