Let me tell you terrible. The clothes are over priced and only fit if you are pretty flat chested so 15 to 17 yrs old maybe a skinny 20yr old. Now they say they have return but it's only exchange or store credit. And not only that when the millenial girl I asked about the return gave me the run around to talk to owner because nothing in the store fit me. I am 36 c or d depending not that big. Normal. Anyway this girl STRAIT lied to the owner behind closed door when she called and told her I was rude and brought her to tears. Well I called her bluff because t hff ERE was a custom right behind me as I attempted to do my transaction that they turned away when I asked her to call a manager or someone. And put her on t hff e phone with owner right before she walked out the door. Owner refused to speak to customer and I told her how her employee lied through her teeth. Laziness more manipulative than anything. I coukdnt believe her behavior. This just happened today April 6. Needless to say after I called this girls bluff owner returned money to my card. Stay away. They cou look dnt even answer the customer how to use her credit on their online website. A waste of time and your money unless like your 15 have a large allowance and your nose up in the air like they do. I have been in customer service over 30 years I would fire my employee on the spot pulling a stunt like that. I have my own business and managed others businesses and done every aspect of customer service and worked my way up.    Read moreThe only reason this store gets one star is because the inventory was nice. The service was horrible. I entered the store with my two daughters and browsed for about 20 minutes. Nobody even acknowledged we were there other then eye contact. The store then got busy and the clerk asked my daughter to leave because they were at capacity. She had items set aside to purchase as did I. When she asked the clerk if she was serious? She was told it was store policy and she needed to leave. We were stunned at the rudeness. To make matters worse the clerk was overheard complaining to her coworker about my daughters reaction to her as if my daughter was in the wrong here. Instead of posting someone at the door to limit the customers coming in, she decided to pick a customer who was already shopping? It’s not difficult to teach your staff basic customer service and polite behavior. Unfortunately, this establishment seems to have zero interest in this. It’s four years later, I’ve moved a bit further away, but I still go out of my way to visit the boutique and continue to shop online! The clothes are unique, they have a great variety of items and styles, and the dresses are an absolute slay for when I need to attend an event. Don’t even get me started on the owner and the girls that work there… all the heart eyes for them! Special shout-out to Maren and Echo for always being so sweet, helpful, and going out of their way to help me find what I’m looking for. I also love the different events and sales Bliss has throughout the year, and the location of the store is lovely. I don’t think I’ll ever stop shopping here, I’m obsessed....
