I was with family walking around the area after dinner. It was almost closing time, and the store was empty. We were perusing the store amazed by their large assortment of aromatic oils and balsamic vinegar.

The owner and his staff then welcomed us and told us that we were welcome to try as many oil and vinegar samples as we'd like. They even gave us some bread to try with the samples and didn't hesitate to give us some more when we asked. There was very little pressure for us to even buy anything and kept encouraging us to sample everything as we can only do so in-person and not online.

If you're in Monterey, be sure to stop by this lovely shop and get a bottle of balsamic or olive oil. You won't regret it!

The only thing is that I couldn't find some of the varieties I saw in-store on their website, so if they could update their website to include everything, that would be great.

I also highly recommend buying from them online. The packaging they use is a foam holder that hold the bottles in suspension, so you don't need to worry at all about the bottles breaking. Very safe. Also, the foam holder we had contained slots for 6 bottles, which may be good to know when...

It was impossible to choose just a few, so we left with eight bottles—four olive oils and four balsamics—each more delicious than the last. I love love love the vinegars. This is the only place where I can taste the flavors they say are in the bottles without overwhelming the vinegar. The balances between sweet and savory r wonderful. No let's talk about Online ordering can receiving their packaging through the mail. I've ordered two times now because I'd couldn't make it down to Monterey to purchase in person. The online ordering is wonderful. Whoever packages my orders, God bless. They always come really secure, really fast, and so pretty when you open it with tissue paper and usually a coupon for the next time you order. All the bottles are wrapped in foam so no broken bottles. So order online u won't b disappointed. Next order going to try to get more oils but I love my vanilla/maple/and coconut vinegars that I go over budget everytime. Wonderful...
