I remember visiting this place to get a used handheld console. While I planned on modifying it, many assumptions were made and implied I was attempting to obtain games illegally. In reality, I wanted a portable and alternative way to play emulators.

One of the employees assumed I was dumb and asked: "Do you know companies lose money when you get free games?" Someone who works at GameStop shouldn't be belittling anyone's intelligence. With a degree in IT, I am well-aware of pirated software and the negative implications on profitability. I was a much nicer person back then. Can't imagine how I would have reacted now, though.

I came to this GameStop 3 months ago to preorder the new Pokémon game coming out. Since I was in the area and had no other time I wanted to have ordered to be at my local GameStop, again I don’t have a lot of free time. But instead it’s being shipped to my house. And if it’s being shipped to my house you’d expect it to have arrived before or on day of release. I have been looking so forward for a Sinnoh remake to come out for so long and I won’t be getting it until probably the next couple days. 4-5 days after release. I was really wanting to spend my whole weekend playing this game and come to find out I won’t be able to because of this ridiculous shipping. I preorder one for my sister as well and she got hers THE DAY IT CAME OUT while I have yet to receive mine. I’m highly upset and am starting to dislike GameStop more and more. I’m ordering digital copies or from Amazon from now on....

My Kids experience racism today with Skylar we stood in line for 15 mins patiently we watched how Skylar offered warranties ask for emails & phone numbers to each customer which was not African American. When we came to the register ABSOLUTELY Nothing not even a hello. I let her complete rings us up & giving us or total.
