iDevice Repair — Local services in Moreno Valley

I cracked my iPhone 6 plus, and I called more than one place and the price was over the top. However, I called them and Omg Alan was such an amazing guy. Like he was really nice, and he said it will cost me $55 to fix it and he will add a free glass tempered screen protector, that usually cost $25. I got it fixed, and again they were really nice. Then 2 months later my phone started acting weird, like glitching and freezing. Then I called them again and I was really worried because I talked to someone and they told me that the least they would charge me is $150 to fix it. I was so upset, I tried my luck by calling them again and see if the price would be a bit cheaper. and luckily Alan answered and I explained to him how my phone is acting and he asked me when was the day I got my screen fixed and I told him that it was over a month (they have a 30 day warranty) But he was so kind, he told me that he would fix it for me, for no charge. I thought he was kidding at first but no he wasn't, he fixed the phone for me and it works great. They're so nice, professional, and trust worthy. I definitely 100% would recommend coming here. Horrible horrible horrible experience. If I could give it negative stars I would. Beware DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE THEY WILL ONLY MAKE IS WORSE. I took my phone here to get my cracked screen fixed and only a month later the whole screen detached from the frame. I took it back only to be told that they would have to replace the whole screen for $290 after paying $290 a month ago. I told him that was completely unacceptable and it would work for me so he called his manager and the manager said that they could offer $80 off which was also unacceptable due it being their fault. Long story short I went to We Repair (3 kiosks down) and got it fixed for $20. The man at We Repair told me that he was just trying to get money from out of me because he didn’t need to replace the screen he just needed to place it back...

dont go to these people for phone repairs, they dont fix the phone correct, i went there to get my iphone fixed, the guy didnt put the screen in all the way and was coming out of the frame, they also didnt even have the battery glued in, just setting it down cause the screen to come off and break a cable inside. I went back the next day with my receipt and they charged me for a whole new screen when it wasnt even broken or scratched, and didnt even fix the face id. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY DON'T FIX YOUR PHONE ALL THE WAY SO YOU HAVE TO COME BACK. i would give a negative star review if possible these people are scammers.
